I have been more than 7 times in BA but this single place produces one of the best empanadas that I have ever eaten. The atmosphere and ambience are quite simple but the personal staff is nice. Good option for a quick meal with good prices.

This is a hole in the wall that specializes in empanadas, they are made right in the window with a wood oven. We tried them all, ham & cheese, Onion & cheese, Roquefort, Beef, chicken, etc. By far the beef and the roquefort were my favorite. They are cheap too, 12 pesos each. You can eat three or four if... We liked beer : "now ,only 1 liter ".... We liked wine: "we dont have now"..... The place is small, you can eat at the bar counter But when you ll receive the traditional "empanadas", will be one of the best of buenos aires, really you can find many places with good empanadas, but here are with real good ingredients. SPECIALS:... More

Imagine this place… As narrow as an alley; with barely four seats in the bar counter; only coke, beer (in liter bottles, not even by the glass) or wine (only Malbec red) to choose for drinking, and the most flavorful and cheapest “empanadas” in town. Will you visit this hole-in-the-wall? Well if you do, be ready to visit again and... More

We had about 36 hours to spend in Argentina and upon wandering the busy streets of buenos aires stumbled upon this jewel of a restaurant! If you're looking for sit down, fancy service go to one of the other 1000's of restaurants, but if you want a friendly casual place, with ice cold beer, and delicious handmade empanadas, this is... Thought this might be a good respite from beef, but was very disappointed. No wines, only a small beer selection. The pizza is greasy and borderline terrible. To cap it off, service was weak and they do not accept credit cards. Go a few extra blocks to Dada

Great empanadas. Freshly made, friendly ambience. Sometime I just love to hang out there, relax over a coffee and empanadas.....watching city-goers rushing by.
