Wow, what a delicious meal I had here. I had the wild boar and it was outstanding, one of the best things I've ever eaten. Like a steak but made of bacon! Great empanadas to start too. And this is a very cozy and charming restaurant. If you like good food, would highly recommend. Plus very reasonable prices. I'd give... More

This was one of the best meals we had in Argentina. I had the smoked boar and my husband the steak. I had the empinadas to start. My husband thought I was crazy until he tried one. Best empinadas we had in Argentina. A little "gourmet twist" on comfort food. We had an excellent wine and were offered the opportunity... More

Had dinner and chose the main steak dish. Firstly our table was outside the toilet. Although the toilet wasn't used much, this was very off putting. The steak itself was not very flavorsome and was disappointing,.

We ate here on our last night in Mendoza, with a local friend, and what a fantastic meal we had. It's run by a couple - he's the chef and she does "front of house" as well as being sommelier. I had the smoked boar and, in the words of the late Michael Winner, it was "historic". You must eat... More

The staff was outstanding. The food was delicious and portions large enough to share. The meat was exceptionally tender and cooked to the degree requested.

Was recommended the restaurant from the tour sommelier, read the reviews and was not disappointed! Very nice atmosphere, cute old house, very nice service. Steak cooked to perfection. Would have loved to go back to try the boar, but when in Argentina, need to try the steak! The door is locked, so try to ring the bell before believing that... More

Both my husband and I tried the fillet mignon and it was amazing. The staff were also fantastic. If you wish to eat here recommend that you have the hotel make you a reservation. They also have a really cool patio bar but it's hidden. Ask the staff to help you!

If you like wild boar, you should try it here! It was absolutely fantastic! Meat was cooked perfectly and not dried out, love the pea- mash also, the only thing I'd say, the portion could be bigger as it was clearly not big enough for my husband :) For me, I ordered a lamb roast which served in a clay...
