Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Super touristy restaurant but what else to expect. Would have been nice to be surprised but restaurant lived up to expectations of a tourist destination cafe

Food is an indifferent buffet, getting the Parilla option is the move. Cool drinks are also on offer, you will want some. Serviceable, and what do you expect inside the park? But after doing the walks to the falls on a hot day, the cool...and quiet are quite nice. I’m not convinced that anything else within the park is substantially better.More

I wasn’t expecting, nor did we need gourmet dining in the Iguazu National Park. Fast food was fine. This was as we expected and very reasonably priced considering the captive market. My Empanada was fresh, my wife’s burger ok, the chips a little cool. The...Raccoons added a certain extra excitement!More

Our group stopped in for lunch while touring the park. It is a large place. The buffet was fairly wide re options. It just was not that tasty. The pasta was just bland, the sauce adding little but colour. The prices to a degree reflect...you are there and hungry with few other options if you want a sit down meal. A parrilla plate was better.More

Definitely, something you can pass on although there are not many options available at Iguazu. The disappointing thing is that although they charge a premium for the buffet the food quality and service is below average

It was just ripped off. The food was poor quality and the worst rice that I have ever had. The waiting person was very upfront saying that 700 pesos doesn't include tip!

This restaurant is pretty good and is part of this lodge's 'experience in the jungle'. Selection of food, beer and wine was decent with comfortable surroundings and a friendly staff across all meals, breakfast, lunch, dinner and after dinner drinks.

A Nice Oasis to Rest and Replenish Energy after Visiting Iguazu Falls on Argentine Side Restaurante La Selva is inside Iguazu Falls National Park on Argentine side not far from the main park entrance/exit. This restaurant is strategically located for the tired visitors returning from...Iguazu Falls toward the end of the park so that they can rest and replenish their energy before embarking on the next activity. The buffet restaurant has large scale dining halls with large selections of buffet entrees including a variety of meats and vegetables as well as deserts. When we went to this restaurant for buffet lunch at the end of our visit to Iguazu Falls on Argentine side, we were impressed with sumptuous and diverse buffet entrees being offered by the restaurant. The dining area was clean, and the waiting staff provided us with efficient service.More

This restaurant serves only buffet style with a parrilla. The buffet was fine but the parrilla was very limited and not great. Get a discount voucher at the info stand in front of the central train station inside the park. (100 pesos off pp)

Large, air-conditioned restaurant which offers lunch in the form of a self-serve buffet. Pros: - Nice AC after a walk in the heat - All you can eat formula with a variety of food Cons: - Average quality - Slightly expensive for what you get

We ate here as part of a package which included dinner & a moonlight walk to the Devil's Throat. We enjoyed our meal as there was plenty of choice in the buffet for us and the meat from the Parilla was delicious. Service was reasonable....Recommended.More
