We love everything about this place! The food is amazing and we adore the family! Everything is cooked to order and never from frozen! Great place!

While visiting friends in Mesa, we planned a dinner with some of their other friends and they chose Roma's. It was a good choice! They seated the 8 of us in the back room so we had privacy and could visit as long as we wanted. The service was top notch. The owner (Family operated restaurant) came back and visited... More

We could have been in Italy having fresh pasta. Eggplant Parmesan was not heavily breaded at all. The tomato sauce with the eggplant was fresh tomatoes and very light. Fettuccine alfredo was light and delicious. The family-owned Italian restaurant was refreshing and delightful. The owners and staff were very attentive.

Roma's is a modest, family run Italian restaurant. Papa is in the kitchen while Mama and her grown children serve customers. All banter between them is in Italian, which only adds to the authenticity of this place. The food is not the over-perfected offering of most Italian places on this side of the Atlantic. It is more humble, home-style Roman... More

It is a family run business with very poor service. I guess at one time they did well, but when you wait over 30 minutes to have your order taken, and when we finally got our meal, it was not served at the same time. The soup was so salty, it was chicken noodle, but no chicken, only a very... More

A truly family run Italian establishment with excellent dishes expected of this style of food. Son is serving, dad is cooking and momma is running the rest. Cozy atmosphere, lots of parking and top notch service. Prices are reasonable - wine selection is not huge but you can find what you need from the listings. It was packed on the... More

When you walk in your greeted and from them it just keeps getting better. The entire staff is friendly but more than that the people care about you as a customer. The selection of food is great and the quality is excellent.

The Roma Cafe is the place you want to go, if you're looking for the real thing in good Italian food. From the white tablecloths, the wine choices, the huge menu choices, and the music playing in the background are all part of an excellent place to dine while you are in the area. This place is run by Papa,... More

I was visiting Mesa and a friend suggested we have dinner here. It is a favorite with her family. The menu has lots of pasta and pizza dishes. My father and I shared a pasta and it was more than enough for both of us. We also shared a salad that was huge. They have these large cookies for dessert.... More

Good food by real Italians. Very diverse menu. Service is sometimes lacking but the food is not. Family run and operated. Same people forever.
