Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Went twice to the bar. Once for drinks in the day time and had an excellent experience. Friendly and efficient. Encouraged by this we went for dinner. I can’t fault the food and drinks which were excellent and well priced but the service was poor:...The waiter was more concerned with his mobile phone and his hair and the wait time was slow and got worse as more people arrived. When we wanted to pay we had to ask three times and eventually went to the bar and insisted on paying . If we go back it will be day time and not night time.More

Eating for two people from one wooden board is not convenient. Think about plates. Choris are actually just heavily fried sausages, you can hardly determine the taste... Beer is local however is very dependent on your taste. Germans would not like it ))

The food and beer were phenomenal, as well as the service. The location is perfectly situated and once you are there, you are surprised by the many levels of seating options. It has a great vibe and good music!!

Super friendly staff and attentive service. Attractive blackboard menu and hard copy too. The layout and concept is appealing. Extremely LOUD good music. Lots of really good craft beers to choose from! Awesome chimichurri. Empanadas were great. So, we LOVE chorizo. We've eaten lots of...chorizos, morcilla and variations. Tonight's experience was regretfully mediocre. The classic had a pork chorizo of classic consistency and rather flat seasoning. The PanChori had potential as the pimentos and cheese was good but smoked pork chorizo has casing so thick it was impossible to eat. I did my best to deconstruct it . Cheap industrial Fries and ketchup packets, just so you know.. Wasted calories on cheat day treat. There's no way that this is #11 of #315 on the TA's list of EATS in this area... beware of this 'Traveller's Choice". Beer saved the day!More

Going from the busy front street, you wouldn't expect that walking up a flight of stairs would lead to a shaded back garden. It's a relaxing respite in the city. Food was delicious, and service was excellent.

We went to this place for some local Argentine cuisine and we’re not let down by any means. Both of our sandwiches was we had were gigantic and full of flavor definitely not leaving us hungry. We had the American Pale ale and a Roja...IPA that topped everything off beautifully. Great little local joint right on the downtown strip and a short walkabout from the lakeMore

Excellent food and fast. We had a lamb sausage and a chicken sausage along with craft beer. All was wonderful. If you’re looking for something slightly different than the usual steak or pasta yet still authentic Argentinian this is the place.

Lots of beer options & the sandwiches are fabulous! My favorite is the one called the "chimi hendrix." Tons of french fries to share so be careful not to order too much. Fast service & clean. Upstairs seating is more spacious. Chimi Bar & Manush...are the best!More

Such a great stop for us hungry travelers. The upstairs is quieter so we went upstairs. Such delicious choris and beers, and very friendly service. Vegetarian options too!

Looking for a place to have a drink we found this little gem. It has a huge range of beers for all tastes, and the food is excellent. Big range of choris on different types of bread and of course the hamburger, nothing especially expensive...and portion size large. Nice to sit in the bar area and watch the tour de force of serving everyone but also nice to chill out in the outside garden which is upstairs. A must when in Bariloche and won’t break to bank.More

Out of pure luck we found the Chimi Bar on our first day in Bariloche. Both the Chimi Hendrix and the Vegeteriano were really tasty. The service was excellent and the portions were just right (with about $200 pesos for a chori in bread and...$150 for french fries). We liked it so much we even went for a drink with fellow travellers (they have a big variety of beers) and for lunch including the sweet chori on our last day. If the weather is nice you should check out the garden on the roof.More

The sausage and chimichurri at this place is phenomenal. We visited four times during our stay, because we just couldn't get enough. In my opinion, the Coloradan is the best choripan to get. The chimichanga is great to share between two people. The veggie sandwich...is also a great option. Really great atmosphere (head to the back for some nice outdoor seating if the weather's nice), super friendly staff, and food that can't be beat. Beer choices are also terrific. And what's better than tasty sausage and beer?More
