Nice steakhouse, good food, but try to get in early or late to avoid the (bus) crowd. Reervtion will get you better table.

If you want lamb and beef, this was fantastic. If you have a few people they will bring a pile of meat to share. It's fun and really good. It's right next to the bridge in town. Great service too

We went there tempted by the table of prices outside and willing to eat some patagonian cordero. We discovered once inside that there was a semi hidden ars50 service fee, which wasn't advertised outside. Also, ars 50 is twice as much the regular service fee we found in other restaurants in the area, so, not very happy about that. The... More

We went twice...two different service experiences. The first night, our server was superb..highly professional, friendly, and quite attentive without being intrusive. The lamb and salads were good but not great...but all the ancillaries--bread,drinks, desserts and pleasant atmosphere made the evening a four-star experience. Our second experience was just a bit off in most ways-- the service, with two different servers,... More

Very extensive menu and wine list. We choosed the mixed plate of sirloin, rumpsteak and lamb and very thing was delicious. The service was excellent, courteous and professionnal. Cover charge and tips were added on the bill but at a reasonnable rate.

We had the biffo de lomo, that tasted bad, we didn't touch our plate, and when complained-nobody cared. Not dignifying at all for a place like this.

The first thing that strikes you is the size of the restaurant. Probably about 50 tables which huge for Argentina (most restaurant are pretty small). It becomes very noisy during service. The place is very clean, it has a nice cooking area that you can see from your table and you can check how they are cooking all this meat.... More

El Calafate is a place where the main road is lined with tour companies and diners are normally wearing their hiking clothes. But here you'll also find La Tablita where some diners actually dress up a little (although your hiking clothes will still be accepted) and you'll find good food, great ambience and good service. The cooking facilities - BBQ... More

We went there for the corderro and it was really good. However I did not really like the athmosphere. It is a very big restaurant and staff seemed very stressed. We had to ask the wine card 3 times and then they brought it with the corderro.... so we were half way our diner when they showed up with our... More
