We do not have a Cracker Barrel near our home and this was only the 2nd time I have ever eaten at one. I ordered chicken tortilla soup as a starter. My entree was the grilled catfish topped with orange marmelade and roasted pecans, their famous cheesy hash browns, and green beans. It was amazing!!!! My wife had a country... More

Lots of good breakfast options; something for everyone. The staff is very kind, always filling the water and coffee. Even though it was a busy Sunday, our food did not take too long.

Ate here on a Sunday afternoon & had the Fried Chicken dinner. It was great - nice crispy skin, the sweet potato side dish was very good. Even though crowded with after church crowd, we didn't have to wait too long for our table. Once seated we weren't rushed to get orders in, eat & get out.

My husband and I love coming here because it's just comfortable all around. We enjoy the environment. Food is always good. And there is neat store to browse while you wait or when you're done eating. :)

The food was fair, service was very slow . Had pecan crusted catfish , which was a very small portion . Also had fried chicken salad, the chicken was dry. Another on in our party had vegetable plate and that was good, but lacking on presentation .

Fancy? No way. A little kitschy, but comfy down home feel. Thursday is turkey dinner day, but come anytime for a good meal at a good value. Something for everybody. Gift shop has some good stuff, though it is a bit crowded with merchandise, you can find some fun souvenirs or take home some old time candy.

Plenty of food with wonderful bisquits and honey My husband 'loves' their meatloaf . Reasonable prices along with good service makes this a thumbs up place to eat. Also, enjoy the gift shop

We frequent this place for breakfast and lunch, and have never been disappointed. We tend to avoid chains, but predictability is actually in our favor. It means consistently good southern style cooking. Prices are reasonable. I'm taking away a star because you can't substitute an item for grits, and because the got rid of the cornbread muffins lol. Make sure... More
