We were staying at the Biltmore and decided to have breakfast here before hitting the pool. They have a great menu but we decided to go for the buffet. I loved the bread display , like being in a bakery . I opted for a made to order omelet, very good. Of course I over do the bacon, sausage and... More

Went to Frank and Alberts for my birthday. I got the steak and it was cooked perfectly and was delicious. The asparagus was cooked to perfection. The potatoes were not particularly to my liking, but ok. My friend had the chicken which was just ok, not sure about the anemic broccoli/broccolini

Went for breakfast while staying at the hotel. The coffee was awful. They didn't have English breakfast earl grey tea. The soy milk for my son's cereal was curdled and bad. The egg white frittata was edible. The smoothie came from a pre-made box and was watery. We'll never go back again to the hotel or this restaurant.

We dined at Frank & Alberts twice during a recent stay - once for dinner and once for breakfast. Dinner was pleasant and the food was quite good. Service was superb. Pricing was a bit higher than I expected but not outrageously so. Breakfast was even better; we chose the buffet and were able to linger for a couple of... More

Wanting to eat out on Christmas Day, we booked at Frank & Alberts because it had a buffet and because we were interested in seeing the hotel. At $58/person the meal was well within the range at better restaurants for the day. You had a choice between four starters (2 soups and 2 salads) that were served at the table.... More

Though I've dined at all their venues, I am impressed with the affordability & comfort of this venue for meeting with friends or dining alone. How can you not make this hotel a MUST DO on your list while visiting or a local, like me? Great food, beautiful history and architecture in a perfect location to have fun and then... More

We had reservations and were first seated in the cold enclosed patio and while I was going to ask for another table, inside, my husband and nephew were asked to move because that table was needed for someone else. We were then seated and it took forever just to get a glass of water which came with not so clean... More
