This tiny restaurant is a gem! The quaint, clean, peaceful setting allows one to enjoy the delicious homemade offerings on the menu. We tried the chicken chimichanga with red chili sauce, a machaca and egg breakfast burro, and buñuelos for dessert. The kind, gentle-mannered owner greeted us and served us. We will definitely return when we visit Phoenix again!

The place is small and cute, but the food was really not very good. Would not recommend based on what I had (the beef and chicken tacos). The service was good, however.

With 8 of us dining, we each had different plates and everyone ate every bite. Seasoned to perfection and terrific bean dip with the salsa! No one was disappointed.

Clean and service was good, no complaints. The menu could be a bit more diversified, but most Mexican restaurants that are not corporate fashion their dishes to where the owner may come... More

The salsa here was sooo good. The inside was very old school but it somehow works. I loved my food and hope to visit here again next time i'm in town.

Los Jarritos is in Phoenix, at 4630 E. Van Buren, Street. It is on the north side of the street, west of the main post office on Van Buren and just east of the 202 Freeway. This is a tiny, small place (approx 8 tables - - most seat 2, a few seat 4), so don't bring your entire office... More
