Being from Northern Minnesota, it's very, very hard to find decent, let alone good Mexican food. We came here on recommendation of family. We were not disappointed. Were were here for lunch, so not really crowded. We were seated quickly. Drink and appetizer order was taken very quickly. We also ordered a cheese crisp (again something we can't find in... More

There are so many great Mexican restaurants in Phoenix. If you're going to charge $9 for a chimichanga on your lunch menu (rice & beans $2 more) it better be a really, really excellent chimi. This one was mediocre at best. It WAS big. The exterior was huge, crispy and flavorful. But there wasn't much going on inside. The flan... More

We go here sometimes for family birthdays, because their food is reliably good. From 14 years old to 84 years old, our family does like this restaurant and we have been going for 15 years or so. Good for football too because they have a ton of TV's.

We have been coming here for years & always look for the coupon in the local junk mail. The taco shells are paper thin crunchy & not drowned in oil like a lot of places. The shredded beef filler is delicious! Rice & beans are just average. Thin & crispy cheese crisp absolutely outstanding! The tortilla chips are very good... More

The best hands down chili rellano I have ever had. Beans are yummy and so is the rice. My son had a chimichanga and it was insane! Great service too. I haven't been here since high school and am now a regular.

We had a great meal at this restaurant while we were visiting Phoenix. Our niece lives close by and we decided to try it out. Our service was great and so was the food. It was a large restaurant with plenty of seating.

The tacos are worth the trip alone, the chips are really but the "hot sauce" they send with chips is VERY disappointing, I'd rather have Taco Bell sauce in those little packets than their crunchy salsa....it's just not good in my opinion, hot sauce is supposed to be a thin watery sauce easily poured, except a spoon is needed. Anyways... More

TV's everywhere, nice server and hostess. Even the bartender said hello when we walk by. Food is wonderful - salsa was fresh, my date had a combo plate and it was wonderful. I had the Chile Relleno and it was to die for! (the servers recommendation)
