No complaints. Sushi fresh and tasty. Wonton soup, dumplings, seaweed salad all delicious. Wait staff friendly and attentive. Rice pudding and banana and ice cream dessert was an excellent end to our meal. No wait to be seated despite they were busy. Would eat here again.

Located close to the convention center and Chase Field it is a great place for lunch. A decent menu with the standard Sushi and Sashimi fare along with a good selection of hot plates. A nice indoor / outdoor bar area joins the two areas. Lunch for two with more than enough beer was very reasonably priced. We will come... More

The happy hour deals were really a bargain at Squid Ink. We did want to partake in some food at the ballpark, but we wound up eating a bit here as the deals were just plentiful. They also had a good bar (by sushi restaurant standards), so that added nicely to the experience.

The dumpling soup was terrific, as was the Salmon Sashimi. didn't particularly care for the Tuna Sahimi. The Dragon was o.k. but not done very artfully. Also did not like the plate they served on, everything was smashed together. Nice that they had Sapporo on draught. Celebrated my birthday and they gave me free of charge a nice Vanilla Ice... More

We thought the food was very good with generous slices of sashimi, fun choices for specialty rolls, and good service. I had the cougar roll and thought it was very good. We ordered garlic edamame and my only issue was lack of salt. Don't think I'd order again. We sat at the sushi bar as it was too cold to... More

The sushi and sashimi we had did not seem fresh at all, and it was SUPER salty. There was so much salt it was practically inedible... I wonder if they were using salt to try and "hide" that the fish wasn't very fresh. The only positive of this restaurant was the neat patio seating and people watching after seeing a... More

We (hubby&I) liked it very much. They have what most sushi restaurants are missing: diversity and roll identity. Have you been to a sushi rest and after trying 3 different rolls realized they all have same basic flavor? We ordered 4 rolls and they are all very different. Our favorite roll was the Flying Phoenix. It was packed and we... More

Just not good. Place looks cool. Service was fine. But sushi not fresh. Stopped eating because it wasn't worth going on.

Went there with a friend for HH. I LOVE Ramen and Japanese Fried Chicken (Karaage) so I was thrilled to see both on the menu. The Chicken was cut in very small pieces and was over cooked and dry. Our server wanted to toss it in Buffalo sauce and I asked him not to, but that he could put the... More

We weren't prepared for all the cat calls, verbal vulgarity, and lavish attention from several men and the next booth over, haha. It was a bit spendy, but the food was SO, so GOOD, as was our service. My sister and I are both happily married with lots of kiddos, and were not drinking...so the whole social environment was pretty... More
