As a Chef I am often dissapointed when dining out. Not the case here! I ate her 4 times during my stay in Scottsdale. First impression, all Mexican employees and patrons- a very good sign. Restaurant was very clean, and the food was authentic and prepared and served well. Guests walk up and order grab some great items from the... More

Get past the look from the outside, and the next door neighbors, this place will really rock your boat. As authentic as it gets, this funky little place can pump out some of the tastiest Mexican food have had the pleasure of eating in many many moons. Fun very helpful staff, that will make recommendations if your not sure, a... More

We discovered this place from a recommendation at a coffee shop. The first time my husband and I went was with my son and daughter in law and returned again with my daughter and granddaughter. All of us enjoyed the tacos, which are super flavorful. My granddaughter doesn't like spicy food but the tacos were fine without any salsa. The... More

If you're looking for a nice restaurant to sit down and dine this is not the place. It is a legit working mans restaurant with amazing food. So much flavor and so much food! It is exactly what we were looking for and I'm afraid I will never get as good of Mexican food again. It will always be a... More

Food was good... Styrafoam and plastic for food.. No beer...It's a little to authentic for most gringos ... Not a place to bring your first date...

Reminds us of the nicer taqueria in Mexico. The food is hot, fast, fresh, delicious and you get plenty of it. The place is small, simple and clean. Menu is all up front with pictures and a smell like no other... honestly... they could forget the signs and just keep that smell floating outside and that'd be all the advertising... More

I've been searching for a place that serves delicious tacos and I finally found it! My niece recommended this place so my co-worker and I went for lunch. I had the Carne Asada Tacos with beans and rice. The food is soooo good. The rice looked plain but it was very tasty. The staff is also very nice and friendly.... More

This is a fantastic place. It's bigger inside than it looks from the outside, because it's located in a tiny strip mall with a Circle K and a tiny tavern. This is the only what one would consider authentic Mexican restaurant that I've found that actually puts rice AND beans in their delicious burritos automatically. Their breakfast burritos are outstanding.... More

If you're looking for the best Mexican food in Scottsdale, look no farther! It's not fancy, it's not full service, and it most certainly won't let you down! Order at the counter and dine in, or take it home, either way, be prepared (and excited) to enjoy some delicious, authentic Mexican food!
