We went to the Chart House for Thanksgiving dinner with friends. We had a 1715 hr reservation. We were seated very close to that time. The menu was full for a holiday and didn't only offer the standard turkey dinner. The food was excellent and the service outstanding. Considering that it was a holiday, and I am sure the staff... We were excited about enjoying an evening at this location. The setting is lovely. and the happy hour, cheerful and busy at the bar. However, our dinner was very disappointing. The salmon was served dry and charred. My friend's scallops were undercooked, almost raw. Although the chef offered to replace both plates, we opted to leave. The restaurant was apologetic... More

Food very good. Atmosphere great. Service and staff excellent. This is a higher end restaurant but soooo worth it for special occasions. First time and enjoyed our dinner all the way around.

Our resort recommended this place and booked us a table - so we were given VIP status on arrival. We had no idea this would happen! It was great - a lovely table in the corner overlooking the lake on both sides, a menu with our names printed on it, wrapped later in red ribbon for us to take home... More

The Chart House is one of our favorite restaurants for Happy Hour. They offer a nice selection of premium hors d'oeuvres for around half price. Also drink specials. You can easily make a dinner out of it. The prime rib sliders are great. Also the fried artichokes and the coconut shrimp.

We went to Chart House Restaurant for my brother's birthday. We had appetizers, an incredible dinner for four, with our choices including several types of fish and a perfectly cooked prime rib. Everything was presented beautifully, served by gracious and wonderful waitstaff, and tasted impeccable.

Absolutely the worst steaks we have ever eaten. Took a guest there for a first visit. He ordered his steak well done it was presented medium rare. Second guest ordered a steak medium well her steak presented was medium. A filet was also ordered medium and it was cooked medium well. Our other guest requested only carrots for the vegetable... Excellent food! Among the best steak I've had. I highly recommend the spinach salad. Upscale and attractive location. Lava cake is worth the money. Complaint's - time for meal. Arrived at 5:30 - left at 8:10.

We celebrated our brother and sister in law's 35th anniversary here. From beginning to end it was an unforgettable evening. The food was outstanding. Appetizers, entrees, dessert were all beautiful and delicious. The service was impeccable. The sunset view was spectacular. We were treated like royalty. It is well worth a visit for a special occasion.
