I guess compared to other reviews on here, our experience wasn't terrible. The food was average, but not bad, price lower than expected for a tourist hub, and no problems with the servers. It was a cold evening, so we were happy to be seated close to the fireplace, and that it was warm inside.

Steak places can have great hamburgers, and that was our intention. However we were told that all burgers had to be cooked well done. No exceptions. OK then, we ordered steak. I would not recommend this restaurant only because the steak was not good, in fact it was horrible. Other than that the place was fine. The outside reflects the... More

Not the greatest dining experience. The area does offer other choices for dining, we should have taken one of them. The restaurant has some appeal from the outside, looks kinda cool and neat. Overall it was disappointing. Of the three orders at our table, one was not correct. The "authentic rattlesnake bites" appetizer sounded adventurous, but was an overpriced tasteless... More

As there was limited places to eat, we thought we would give this place a try. Glad we did, as the food was good. They sat us in front of the fireplace which was great, as it was quite cold outside. As soon as they took our orders, they brought the bread out which was still warm. Yummy!, They are... More

Food was terrible. Chicken could have been cardboard. When we complained the waiter replied, "why, didn't it have feathers?" Shrimp was from a box. Corn was cooked yesterday and beans were tasteless. Cornbread was okay. No quality control questions. Good thing gratuity was included because it sure wasn't earned. Staff didn't care about our comments......they knew we wouldn't be back.... More

The food here is ok and reasonably priced. The service was horrible. Not sure if our waiter was drunk or didn't care because his 15% tip was automatically added to our bill. He brought us the wrong drinks; wouldn't answer our questions about the food; forgot to bring one our sides and was invisible for almost our entire visit. The... More

We ate here twice because we liked the food. You get a complete dinner that includes baked potato, corn on the cob, salad, and the best corn bread I've ever had. Service was good.

This place was suggested by an employee at the hotel we were staying...worst place to eat. Service was not there at all...we waited and waited for someone to come to our table. Speaking of table....uncomfortable seating. Choices are limited. We both had the steak...both tough to eat, corn was mush...couldn't eat it. We wanted to get out of there as... More

Low end setting and atmosphere. Jeans and shorts ok. Food was cooked okay when order was finally correct (had to wait for one of the the four dishes to be remade because they made the wrong thing). We offered to take it, so we can eat together, but they said if we take it we would have to pay for... More

Undercooked steak (ordered med well, got med rare), mushy/tasteless corn cob, no real food standards to speak of, unfortunately. Intro salad was tasty, an okay starter. Woman greeter at entrance had no service-oriented personality. I'd opt to eat elsewhere in Tusayan, though it can be difficult. Enjoy the canyon!
