At least during winter mainly for the tour bus groups. Waited an hour without even getting our drinks, hard to get reservation even when staying at the hotel

We did not have dinner here but did have the Breakfast buffet. We thought it was overpriced only because the food was not very good. The eggs Benedict were cold, as were the potatoes. Chicken Fried Steak wax overcooked and dry. One of the steamers was so hot you couldn't open it. The pancakes were dry and cold. While the... More

I visited the restaurant for dinner with family and the service was very poor. First, the waiting time for food was very excessive. Second, the price is very high for the service you get. Would not recommend anyone to visit this restaurant.

To be honest, the only reason my wife and I ate here is because we were extremely tired after a 4 hours drive to get to the hotel this restaurant was in, and we did not want drive anymore. I don't mind paying a little more for good food, but $25 for a plate of pasta and 2 meatballs borders... More

The food at the buffet was okay, not regularly replenished or kept fresh. The servers there might be among the least helpful we've ever encountered. Pleasant but hidden employees.

Great find on our night at the rim! They even have a vegan/vegitarian plate or 2! And the steak was AMAZING! If you want a little giggle, order the side of beans... they come out in a cute little cast-iron pail, hehe!

Tacky decoration which was fun. All staff is wearing cowboy hats. Large portions of a good food. Reasonable price for a steakhouse but 15% tip is automatically included on the bill. Pretty fast service.

We stoped at this restaurant after a day at the gran Canyon. Food was great but the only down side was the compulsory 15% service charge on the bill after shocking service !

There were 6 in our group ranging from 13 to 79 years old. Ate there for dinner. Good food. Beans and rolls were served family style. Steak good but not the best have had.

Came here for lunch. Very dark. Staff perhaps the most unfriendly I've ever encountered. We ordered hamburger to share. Charge 3$ to share. Yet if they're charging, one might expect the burger MIGHT be cut in 1/2. NOT. Pretty bad burger, not 8 ounces and surly waitstaff. Asked for burger medium rare...waitress said "no can do", it will be cooked... More
