This restaurant was recently recommended to me and I dined there yesterday evening with friends. We had poppadums with sambols (dips) followed by Chicken Korma, Chicken Balti, Lamb Rogan Josh and Chicken Dhansak, accompanied by pilau rice and Peshwari Naan bread. The food was delicious,...portions were generous and service was excellent. The bill was also a pleasant surprise - a lot less than I had anticipated. I highly recommend this restaurant.More

I organised a birthday meal for my sister for her 20th birthday because we have been going here since we were younger and it’s special to us. It’s safe to say that the service has been exemplary continuously for the 10 years that we have...been going to Cromwells. I can safely say that we have never had a bad experience here. There was 15 of us (which was originally 8 that I booked online but they were very flexible with my amendments and were happy to accommodate us and they never rushed us to make orders or to get us off the table ) Everything was timed perfectly with an impeccable service and we couldn’t fault it in any way. The staff all participated in singing for my sisters birthday and clapping and cheering and it was all very wholesome. The experience was amazing and the staff all made you feel at home ☺️ It’s rare that we all get to be together and cromwells managed to make this outing so so special and we will be sure to be back! 😊 Thank you cromwells for always providing the best service and very very delicious food. The best curry around with authentic recipes and flavours, without a doubt 🥰 We will be back soon! :)More

We pre-ordered for delivery on New Years Eve. Ordered around 4pm, confirmed at 5pm, to be delivered at 8pm. The food hadn’t arrived at the estimated time. After spending 30 minutes trying to get through on the phone (now an hour after agreed delivery time)...someone checked where it was. We were told it’s on the way and would be 5 minutes. It arrived 20 minutes later. We’re 5 minutes from the restaurant. Clearly they only made our order at the time we managed to get through. Over one hour late for delivery is unacceptable. Fortunately the food was delicious and the restaurant was saved by a pleasant delivery driver. We would use the restaurant again to eat in but definitely avoid delivery.More

Simply love this restaurant. Staff are so friendly, service is usually excellent and the food hot and tasty. We never have a bad experience and can’t wait to visit again soon.

If I could leave a minus review I would. 2.5hrs for delivery. Despite two calls asking where call was. And that was after they bothered answering the phone, Never experienced anything like it. AVOID!!!

We ate here while staying in Malvern as a recommendation by local friends ... My go to curry house last time round i had Chili Chicken starter - was the super spicy Himalayan Chicken main - super bullet Naan - tremendous washed down with the regulation Cobra!! the owner always has time for a chat and ask how we...are etc which is always well appreciated.More

Went here with a family group.the place was nice and clean .the staff made you welcome very smart and clean dressed.the restaurant looked inviting with multi coloured bar. At first we tried to ask for separate bills which they was not happy with so we...agreed to just have a couple of separate bills .but not a big problem but just to be aware they prefer you just to have one bill.the food arrived in good time .we ordered drinks beer and soft drinks. This is where you will get caught out if not careful the price .we were charged £5for a pint of cake. We had 5 so £25 on coke .our fault should have checked ked .but never thought until the bill arrived .so lesson learnt.40%of our bill was on drinks .so beware.the food was nice and hot and well presented but a bit bland.the main course was nice and hot .presented well but very dry a shame .had the bryani came with sauce but still bland.nan bread excellent. All in all okay not mind blowing but okay .just the end bill took us aback.but again our fault the price of the drinks very greedy price on food standard.would I go again perhaps but would not buy drinks not at the price for coke .the place was nice and warm as it was a chilly night outside.so give it a try but watch the drink prices .a bit of a sho k on the final bill.More
