I had the loaded potato with pulled pork and it was great. I did like the sweet bbq sauce and the mustard sauce.

The coleslaw was brown and dry, as if it had been made last week. The pulled pork was served cold. Made the mistake of letting them "warm"it up by sticking it in the microwave, which dried it out. Dinner roll was soggy. Upholstery in booths is ripped and springs are broken. The restaurant itself is tired and dingy. Teenage staff... More

First time at this location and we were disappointed. The service was poor, the dining area was dark, and we had to move twice as the seating in the booths needs replacement - apparently the springs were broken? The counter clerk actually took a call-in order in the midst of my daughter telling the young lady which side items she... More

We visit Whole Hog twice a week. The menu offers a good variety of foods with some seasonal choices and often a monthly special on ribs. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious and most importantly the food quality and portions are consistent. Certainly not fancy but relaxed and comfortable. If you like good BBQ, this place is for... More

We were on vacation in Arkansas. A state you have to visit. There are so many things to do. The whole hog restaurant has several locations. The one we ate at was in Conway on 150 E. Oak St. The place seemed slightly difficult to find; if your from out of town. Google it and just follow the map. You... More

We stopped in Saturday after the UCA game. I had hoped to get ribs and was talking about what to order when cashier informed me they were out of ribs. Seems weird to be "out of ribs" for Saturday night dinner. I order the brisket and others ordered pulled pork. Pulled Pork was way better than the brisket. The brisket... More

I've had a few so so meals here over the past 2 + years or so. Today my wife and I came for ribs at around 3 P.M. They were out. It's a college football game day, but those happen regularly. Running out of key entrees at any time is unforgivable, to me.

It's not hard to find good barbecue joints in Arkansas. (It's harder to find bad ones than good ones.) Among the great Barbecue joints in Arkansas, the Whole Hog Cafe stands above the crowd. There are locations in Little Rock, Conway and I even saw one in Albuquerque New Mexico last week. For ribs, pulled pork and variants of sauces,... More

This place is worth a try if you are a BBQ lover. Great portions and reasonable prices. They also feature 7 different homemade sauces.
