Fabulous food. Great service. Cosy resturant upstairs and great bar downstairs. Cocktails a speciality.

It had been some time since I had dinner here and was looking forward to the meal. We had a wait for our table and we had some drinks downstairs where we got to look over the menu. Our table was good with lots of space as we were a big group. We did eventually have to ask someone to... More

We celebrated a family occasion at the Peppermill over the Christmas for 35 people. We had a wonderful meal and had a very enjoyable evening here. Hats off to all the staff for outstanding service and hospitality to everyone on the day.

Been here a few times and the story is always the same, the food is five star quality but this place is being let down repeatedly by the very poor service. Normally the waiting staff consist of young untrained staff with no one apparently in charge. I haven't posted a review previously but our latest experience last night warranted a... More

Attended for office Christmas lunch. House salad mostly lettuce. Very fatty roast beef, very little gravy. Creme brule watery in th middle. Staff, very bad attitude with some of our group.

My wife and I attended a business meal here last night .It was a miserable night outside so it was great the restaurant was lovely and warm when we entered. There was a nice buzz around and we were greeted with a smile and directed upstairs. The outside of the premises is nice but doesn't do justice to the hidden gem upstairs.My... Fantastic Irish food using local ingredients at their best. The beef, lamb and fish are worth travelling for.

Really good service! Excellent gluten free options. My boyfriend is a coeliacs and he was able to have everything one of the mains on the menu! Which is such a rarity for him!

I visit the Peppermill regularly but am moved to compliment them for their offering. It was midweek, nice buzz about the place, we wanted to eat downstairs and no problem. We were offered both the full menu and the tapas menu and the service was just excellent. The atmosphere was just great and we bumped into a number of different... More

While the décor of this restaurant & menu choice is good I was very disappointed with the service. There was 15 at our table, my starter got cold very quickly, my main which was chicken looked & tasted lovely, but for 20 minutes I was waiting for vege & potatoes, not good enough
