Recommended by staff at our hotel, we were lucky to grab a table outside on the patio as this place appeared to be quite popular. Attentive service and great food - we enjoyed the grilled squid and a fantastic chicken and couscous dish, as well...as a starter salad of tomatoes and cheese. Fresh and delicious meal!More

Our hotel staff recommended this small gem. The inside was half-full, for an early dinner on a cool evening. The interior is a tad scrappy (in a good way) & we snuggled up to the bar. Our expectation was mediochre street food, but it was...superb. We paired our plates with local red wine followed by a dessert that is likely my favorite ever! The lime sorbet, mixed with basil leaves served on a bed of peach slivers/juice was remarkable (true confessions of a documented dessert dismisser). The servers were also fantastic - very attentive & social. They finished our night with small snifters of local sherry. We felt like locals. By all means take time to check out this restaurant.More

We visited this restaurant on a busy Saturday night. The booking system is informal - queue or request a table on the day and return when you are told it will be available. We had very lovely, friendly and efficient service. The menu is on...blackboards in Spanish and English. Everything we ordered was delicious - patatas bravas, grilled tuna, pig cheeks in red wine and meat balls. We had local red and white wine recommended which was great. Thoroughly fabulous evening and all for a reasonable cost. Highly recommended.More

Amazing food and very friendly staff. This place was busy and we were lucky to get a table for 4 of us. We had an assortment of food to share and every single dish was divine.

Stopped in for a late dinner. We had great tapas including great stuffed mushrooms, typical but very tasty patadas bravas, and a zucchini like parmigiana. The service was friendly and timely even on a busy evening. And the location is in the heart of the...action in Tarifa.More

We didn't have a reservation on a busy Sunday, even though, straight away got the place by the bar. The waitresses were very friendly and helpful, we got fantastic recommendations. There was French chanson music, creating a nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend the place, it's...simple and nice, with fair prices and good size portions.More

One of the few places open throughout the day. This was the reason we first ate there. The second time though, we went back for the cuscus and the zucchini with tomato and pesto sos <3

TLDR: one of our favorite meals in our 2 weeks in Spain, go if you can. The waitress was kind and helpful and gave us excellent recommendations of the patatas bravas and zucchini with pesto and mozzarella. The ambience was lovely, and the food was...truly so delicious and an excellent value. Would highly recommend.More
