Lovely evening out

Me and a friend came here for dinner and we were served by Clara and Courtney. They are both lovely servers, friendly and generally nice. If you have any preferences, nothing is too much. My friend ordered the chicken burger they accidently mixed her burger up, Clara was so apologetic and got it sorted very quick. Even though it was busy here tonight, service was quick. The food is to die for, so nice, even though I'm not vegetarian the lentil burger is delicious and you get value for your money. I recommend this place to anyone 10/10

The place to go for hungry families!

Lewis was dealing with our table today. He was brilliant. He told us all the offers that are available through half term, buy an adult main, and get a child's main for £2, he checked back on us when we'd received our meal and was very attentive. I can't fault the meals we have had at L&L. We always leave full with a takeaway box! The prices are great for the portion sizes. Junk food made fantastic! The music is great. They play it in the heated outdoor pods, too.

Great lunch experience

This was one of a few options for a lunch stop on a drive back from a short break in North Norfolk, and I'm glad we chose this over a pub. The kids options were varied, and a good size and quality, with the milkshakes being very good. As vegetarians, my partner and I were impressed with the choice, given that it looked to be a meat-heavy venue on first glance. I had the heavenly vegetarian hot dog, which was covered in chilli, coleslaw, and onions, accompanied by a generous portion of chips. My partner had the waffle stack, which was a lentil burger on top of a sweet waffle, covered in cheese or a sauce. This was different to anything I had seen before and was very good, as was the hotdog. The interior would have been great, and different to other places on any other day, but visiting on Halloween with the extra decorations and staff in outfits made it extra appropriate and fun for the kids. Great service was provided by Clara and Leanne. Overall I was very pleased, and would recommend a visit!

Don’t waste your time or money.

Don’t bother rushing was really disappointed, bad planning and management and slow service. We waited well over an hour for just our main courses some parts weren’t hot and the soft drinks were lifeless and flat. And staff couldn’t have cared less.

Bad Customer Service from management

I would not recommend going here for a large amount of people to eat at once. We went as a family meal out with 19 Adults and 6kids for a birthday last night and where as they said they could cope they clearly could not. Drinks took ages… kids meals were eaten before Adults even got served.. steak was cold, hotdogs were awful and tasted like vegan hot dogs, and they messed up the order and gave one of the kids an adult meal and then expected us to pay adult price for their mistake so removed the meal from the child to throw it away to have to cook her a new meal.. how does that even make sense that they would rather throw away an entire meal , as she had started it because she was hungry, and then make a fresh and keep customers waiting when it was your staff error?? And this is on a group of people that spent nearly £500 on food, drinks and cocktails. Bad management and bad customer service and clearly don’t want us to ever go back there again for a family meal which we certainly will not be doing. Another tip… stop serving steak on paper… People don’t like eating paper or having to peel it off their food before they can eat it.

Not as good as it we know it can be.

Was our favourite place to go but this time was a let down. When we got there it was pretty much empty which was unusual, but we hadn’t been for a few weeks. We ordered and it took nearly 40 mins. While we were waiting they were so desperate to get people through the door they were going out with little pots of testers for the passers by. When are food did arrive, my meat tray had the wrong meat on. So had to wait for them to make the right ones. And to top it off they must of changed chefs of changed products as the bbq sauce that was smothered on most of mine (I liked the old one) was horrible. Really tangy and completely took all taste away from the meat. So over bearing. We actually couldn’t eat it. We have decided not to go for a while and see if things improve in a few months. As always though, staff were lovely and attentive.

Amazing VIBEZ

We went here as a massive party of 21 members, we called to book a little while before and from that phone call to being seated we can honestly say we loved every second of it, we was given the upstairs dining area which was filled with asthetic and vibrant music. I personally had the sinner burger and was advised to double up by Lewis, and I'm glad he advised that as a double burger as well as there infamous loaded fries was a challenge that I wanted to beat, i recommend this place for almost any type of person due to the nature of the staff and our lovely server Lewis, He along with the rest bring the business a good reputation and there menu is out of this world they also cater to dietary requirements as well as another needs. This place is must go. There magnets are also very funny Lewis induced us to walk away with three and we still laugh about them now.

Best authentic BBQ food and burgers we have had in the UK - even better than the US !

We travelled all around Florida in the summer looking for an authentic grill / BBQ joint - we should have gone to Liquor and Loaded in Kings Lynn instead! This was “no fuss great food cooked to perfection with lots of it “ FABULOUS Staff were all friendly and there if needed but not too pushy- just what you want to relax and enjoy great food and company. And some of the signs in the restaurant put a real smile on our faces This is a must if you are in the area - Thanks for such a great time

A monster burger with great service

We popped in without a booking whilst we was shopping. We were immediately greeted and shown to a table for two. We were given enough time to sit and look and the menu and a short time later our drinks were taken. We ordered one of the dirty burgers and wow, it was a monster! I decided to update to having brisket and pepper corn sauce along with the burnt ends and everything else the burger came with. The food was flavoursome and the burger was cooked to perfection. The restaurant was also doing a photo shoot at the time and kindly gave us one of the cocktails on the house. This was also just as fantastic, it was only a shame we were driving as we could have made an afternoon of it! It’s a fabulous restaurant for those like a different dining experience, and hosted my excellent staff. We were lucky to have been served by Clare and Sophie, but I’m sure the rest of the team are just as good. The only thing I could suggest is to have smash burgers instead of the current ones. This would really set you above the rest. Thank you for a lovely meal!

Good but...

Knowing this was a popular restaurant we booked in advance for a Thursday evening. When we arrived we were shown to a booth in the "garden"which was private and comfortable with a heater should we have needed it. The staff were friendly and took our order after an appropriate time of looking at the menu. Unfortunately some items on the menu needed to be explained. Drinks were delivered as ordered and represented good value, we had a Merlot and a Shiraz which were both good. We ordered a meat tray and a steak and ribs with corn cob, mac and cheese and peppercorn sauce as sides. Then we waited about 45 minutes for our meals to arrive, reasonable given the time it takes to cook ribs well. When the food arrived it was plentiful, hot and served on a baking tray covered with paper. The ribs were excellent with a good sticky sauce, the steak was cooked as requested but it, and also the chips and corn cobs, were heavily seasoned with salt and pepper. We would both have preferred rather less seasoning, anyone needing a low salt meal would have needed to specify "no salt". The décor didn't extend to the outside booths so no comments on that. Each booth had its own speaker for the piped music, it would have been nice to be able to adjust the volume. In terms of value, there is a lot of food for the money and a decent sized glass of wine. The absence of vegetables from the menu was disappointing and the excessive seasoning of some items didn't enhance their flavour. The peppercorn sauce was very good as was the Mac and Cheese.

Birthday dinner

Called on without booking to be given a table straight away.Ordered drinks then as the drink were brought to the table ordered food. We had never eaten here before so all was new. Food arrived piping hot and good portion sizes without loading the chips up. I would go again but not for a while .

Fantastic bottomless brunch!

We turned up, without a booking, on a Friday asking whether we could have the bottomless brunch. We were sat outside in a heated pod and the service, food and cocktails were brilliant! The brunch lasted 90 mins and the team were so attentive, constantly asking if we were ready for our next cocktails…we had 5 in our allotted time!! Absolutely fabulous!

My girlfriend and I have been regular customers here over the last 7 years and have yet to have a bad experience. The staff are lovely and always so friendly. They are great with our young child and have been since she was a baby. Clara alway makes an effort to interact with her and the staff always bring out her food before ours to make sure we can eat once she is settled. The food is delicious and so very filling. The decor is delightfully gothic. The staff are always very friendly. Most recently Clara, Leanne and Holly were most lovely and welcoming.

Lovely, friendly place to eat

This is a lovely, friendly place to eat. Food is good, lovely music, great staff. We were served by Carla who was very helpful, friendly and a great character. They did a smaller portion of their fabulous pulled pork and cheese loaded fries for me as I have a small appetite. So accommodating. Their milk shakes, wow, great selection and so good 😋 Have been here several times and never been disappointed and will be going back again. Many thanks again to Carla and the team. We wish them all the best for their future plans.

Just perfect!

I visited liquor and loaded this past Saturday, we had a booking for 6:00 and were seated outside in one of their heated pods, Bethany was our server and made our experience, even when it was chucking it down she still come out to check in on us. The food was 10/10, the decor was incredible and all of the cocktails were so unique and delicious. Will definitely be returning soon 😃
