So me and my friend visited the kings Lynn store early this afternoon and well all I can say is WOW. everything was just perfect and beyond expected. The prices for what you get are just too good to be true.The service was quick, the waffles and milkshakes were just jaw dropping and of course the tango ice blasts were fabulous on this extremely hot day! nothing better. We were served by Ellie who was super kind and content with her service even though she was by herself and was flooded by orders. She got to us within a quick amount of time and didn’t rush us even though there was people waiting and orders which needed to be made. She made our experience definitely worth the wait we’ve been waiting to get down there. So glad we went today!Considering the heat she was working in and the amount of orders this poor girl had by herself she absolutely smashed it. She looked some what flustered but who’s to blame in this heat. Our orders were out within 5 minutes which we wasn’t expecting especially with some adjustments that were made and with how busy this lady was in the short time we was there. Neither me or my friend have been more pleased with customer service than we did today and of course everything from here was just perfect. I’m not sure how she did it but she did it not only amazingly but exceptionally!
Well done and thank you for making our experience worth the wait!!!!!!

This is our favourite takeaway in kings lynn. The waffles and freak shakes are always consistently good and the staff are always happy and helpful. In particular they always remember that my wife has a slight change to her order from the menu and to do so without me having to ask. Really cannot recommend this place enough.

Went to waffleopolis tonight and my daughters waffle came with cream on. My fault as I didn’t notice the sign saying with cream. I took it back into the shop to get the cream taken off but they insisted on giving me a complete new waffle. I said no it’s fine just take cream off but they were adamant they were making me a new one. Fantastic customer service.

Bought a biscoff “freak shake” which turned out to be a standard milkshake with some squirty cream on top and a spoonful of Biscoff. It by no means was a freak shake. I feel thoroughly ripped off. I have a proper shake shop near me that charge less for - milkshake with proper ice cream, loads of whatever sweet/flavour added and as a bonus decorated with extra pieces of whatever choc or sweet you bought on top. The one from Waffleopolis was absolutely not worth £4.95! Don’t bother!
The actual shop is clean and staff were friendly but I feel pretty annoyed at being ripped off.

So I visited the takeaway before and wasn’t overly impressed. Decided to try to restraunt today!
Staff very friendly upon arrival, even sorted out a table that ended up being for 7 (to adhere to guidelines) very clean and adhering to Covid rules! Very impressed.
However, took 20 minutes to take our order. And a further 25 minutes which seemed a long time for a drink from the fridge and a waffle. They brought over my friends first and then the drinks and her drink wasn’t the right one so they went back to change it, they brought her drink back correctly. Then about 5 minutes later mine arrived. Neither of them were overly warm waffles so much so the ice cream didn’t even melt. But nobody came to check things were ok so we had to time to voice. So a slightly average trip and a little disappointed. Maybe teething problems but would like to see more given the exceptional experience at liquor and loaded.

After word of mouth and a quick trip advisor check...... A crunchie waffle, an Oreo waffle and a Biscotti freak shake later all for £15.95 I had 3 happy teens. Waffle was still warm by the time we got to the car with our take away and was absolutely delicious.

It's the only dessert type place in King's Lynn, I'd say its equivalent to kaspas. We had a lovely dessert which was reasonably prices. Only 1 slight mix up with our order but the staff gave us free chocolate shots to pour over our waffles as an apology for the mix up! All ended well and friendly staff, bare in mind a lot of the staff members are new so of course there's going to be a few errors here and there. They are doing a great job and hope the restaurant stays in the town forever! Every town needs a lovely little dessert restaurant 😋

So tonight I visited the new restaurant and ate in. I have previously been to the take away shop and enjoyed my food. Firstly the big downside is the new restaurant doesn't do waffle balls. The take away still does but whilst there we did notice a couple who sat down and walked straight again when they realised there was no waffle balls. Waffleopolis you are missing a trick! Its something I would have whilst the kids are having a waffle. However the plus sides are the waffles are still delicious. The cutlery is super fun with its iridescent colours and the restaurant has been beautifully done. The staff are awesome and we felt so welcome -shout out to Georgia here who I hope will put my suggestion forward of something to add to the menu - fingers crossed! But overall great place, lovely atmosphere & staff and fabulous waffles.

I visited waffleOpolis this evening where I ordered a family box and a banana milkshake they were both just spectacular and so delightful. The box was superbly presented and was quick to make. I was served by Ellie who was just so sweet and lovely not only that but she went out of her way and brought out food out to our car as we didn’t hear her shout the number. So she went above and beyond for the service and was just so well mannered.
The place as a whole was super tidy and clean. I couldn’t and wouldn’t fault this place. So if you haven’t been you NEED to go!
thank you for our amazing family box and milkshake but thank you for the service by Ellie it made our experience so much better. We would definitely go back even if it was just for the service itself!!!!!!

Today we visited the new dine in WaffleOpolis. Their Facebook page had very kindly warned us that patience may be required while they found their feet and got through any teething problems. Thus warning was not needed! From start to finish service was professional and friendly, we didn’t have to wait long for our order to arrive. The churros and crepes were a welcome addition to the menu....shame about the missing waffle balls though! After eating at the take away a couple of weeks ago it was nice to eat off a plate and not have ice cream leak through the holes in the boxes! The food was delicious and so were the freak shakes. The restaurant was really well decorated and I am sure they have a long future in Kings Lynn.

Very patient staff who were happy to take my children through the menu. Really nice ice cream.
If you eat the waffle stick with chocolate sauce, please make sure to pick plenty of napkins :)

The only word I can think to describe this fine establishment is waffleopoltastic. It is simply magnificent! A wide choice of toppings available as well as customised options, friendly, helpful and passionate staff, you can tell they really care about their waffles. If I were to raise a waffle I would want it to end up here. Me and my partner came away with two scrumptious waffles and thick creamy milkshake that satisfied every one of my tastebuds. I will return to spend more money. EXQUISITE

Having visited the takeaway shop in Saturday Market Place and had the most delicious waffles on a previous occasion, we decided to visit the new Waffleopolis restaurant in Tower Street today. We were greeted and served by Lauren who was so friendly happy and efficient and made our visit such a pleasant experience. I had the nutella and fresh strawberry waffle ... so so good although I think I might have overdone it having the deluxe hot chocolate drink with it (my fault entirely). We will be returning soon to try some of the other flavours. Well done Waffleopolis!!!

Myself and my friend adore the takeaway waffleopolis in the Saturday Market Place. But this was the first time visiting the sit-in site on Tower Street. The addition of crepes and churros to the menu is brilliant and offers a lot more variety! We were served by Sophie and the service from her and everyone in there was perfect. It’s such a lovely place to eat! We will definitely come back again and again.

This was a great find! We had had a lovely meal down on the water front but weren’t grabbed by the desert menu, so we went for a wander round town and came across WaffleOpolis and so glad we did as it was just what we wanted. Hadn’t had waffles in years and these were probably the best waffles we’ve ever had. A great birthday treat too! This was our first time in Kings Lynn and we were their first ever customers too. We will be back. Yum!
