First night on holiday in Lyme Regis we decided to go to Lal Qilla for dinner. We have previously been to Lyme, so decided to book a table the day before we arrived. Would definitely recommend booking a table to avoid disappointment, as its a very busy restaurant. Yet again the food did not disappoint. Delicious tasting curry, full of... More

I was in the town for an evening and this place was highly recommended by the locals I was staying with. The food and service were both excellent.

Tasty and very well-balanced spice in our dishes. Very good service. Take your own beer if required. The Naga chicken was excellent and both the chapattis and cucumber raita were delicious. Would definately recommend

found a gem of a restaurant, good food, service second to none, all the staff we met were polite and friendly. You have to bring your own drinks but that to me is no hassle. We visited twice on the same weekend so we can say they are consistently good. Try it you will not be disappointed, but book they... More

The service was excellent, let down by bland food. The don't serve alcohol so you need to take your own, or buy from the next door convenience store.

My parents and I had a takeaway from here last week. I had a Chicken Pasanda with Garlic rice and Peshwari nan bread; very nice indeed.

Booked table as very busy, Food was excellent and the staff very friendly and went out of their way to helpful. We had a table by the door which was a bit drafty, but well worth it.

The owner and the staff are absolutely amazing and attentive. Nothing is too much. The food is sublime, time after time, after time. Thank you so much, from a disillusioned Caterer.

Probably about the best curry house in town with a fairly standard menu at reasonable prices. Good if you want a change from fish and chips.
