Visited here for lunch where there's lots of space and tables with specials board. Good ale and real fire. Very popular mid week which is a good sign and toilets exceptionally clean. Just the covered bike shed was full of mud and green slime, so unusable!!

My husband and I were staying in the local area and the Kilcot was recommended to us by our hosts. We were informed it gets busy so we should consider booking a table. We called in during the afternoon and were told the restaurant was fully booked for the evening but they could offer us a table in the bar,... More

Tried this pub several times since it's refurbishmnet. Very pleasent atmosphere but somehow the food always seems just a little too expensive for what is offered. They are missing it somwhere. Perhaps trying to be what they aren't a trendy gourmet pub?

Visited for lunch on a Saturday, having booked a table. Excellent and efficient service, with a wonderful menu offering lots of different options, including plenty of fish and vegetarian meals! We will be returning without a doubt :)

Family visit after a trek up May Hill saw a warm welcome for all. Wood burning stove added to the warmth, good ale and comprehensive food menu. In fact, the children's menu was as mouth-watering as the adults'. Highly recommended.

My family and I discovered this wonderful gastropub earlier this year and we have ventured to the Kilcott Inn on many occasions since, so we knew they wouldn't let us down for Christmas Day lunch. The cost was £65.00 per person, which is very reasonable and we were all greeted with a glass of champagne upon our arrival. The service... More

We stayed for one night when catching up with friends in area. Good country pub atmosphere with friendly staff. Lunch menu was good and breakfast the next day was equally good. Rooms are spacious, well decorated and comfortable. There is some noise from bar but to be expected in any accommodation in a small pub. Will definitely stay again if... More
