The best Indian restaurant in Market Harborough. Always good, always welcoming, varied interesting menu. Great Nepalese food for something different. The new Nepalese beer is great too.

I love Indian food, but this place is like no other! The flavours are incredible, my partner and I visit Avatar every week and we always come away amazed by the quality of food and service! The manager is especially friendly. Highly recommend this restaurant....More
A really good quality Indian Restaurant that really cares about the food they serve. Uses local suppliers and good quality ingredients. Similar to high quality restaurants abroad, not the traditional curry take away houses in UK.
Staff and atmosphere is great but it's quite expensive for the food, which is average. Them seem to chuck loads of onion and coriander in / on everything in the hope it makes it fancy. Serves good Indian beer and lots of wines but there's...More

Highly recommended to us by a friend. Went with son's, wives and partners, all regular partakers of Indian food in various parts of the country. Pre meal nibbles were very basic lacking imagination, as were the starters, but the biggest disappointment were the main courses....More
I've been to Indian Zest three times. First time was really good. Second time average. Third time very average. We were sat by the window, so we felt like fish in a bottle, but that's not the restaurant's fault. Given we had a really good...More
