Long-term customer. Placed a collection order on Sat eve using the app and was given a standard 40min collection time. When I got there the place was over-full and it took 90mins to get my food. If the app doesn’t reflect reality it’s pointless and...if people are waiting they need to be given clear expectation of when the food will be ready. Very disappointed customerMore

My wife and I visited Avatar without pre booking on Tuesday evening. How we’ve managed to miss this place in the past I can’t explain. Our meal was splendid in every respect. The staff were exceptionally efficient and attentive. We will definitely be going back...and urge anyone who enjoys Indian food to go too. Avatar has an “Early Offer” Sunday to Thursday for arrivals before 7:30pm. We didn’t know this until we arrived but took advantage of a two-course meal for £16.95 which covered starter, main course, rice or naan. The portions were generous in fact we didn’t clear all of the rice and naan. There was no room left for a desert course or even coffee. This is a truly special restaurant. Thanks to all the staff we met. We will be back.More

Really enjoyed the night This family meal was catered for superbly Staff were courteous and Helpful. Service was superb, the meal was good and as spicy as it should be Top marks I can’t wait for the next one!

Excellent food and first class service! It’s been a longtime since I’ve eaten somewhere this good and the friendly staff made the experience fantastic!

We ended up walking out as we booked a table for 7pm and still haven’t received our main courses 2 hours after our booking. A table that showed up an hour after us had all got their mains. Shambles of a restaurant. You guys need...a new reservation system because you can’t handle the demand of customers!!!More

Very highly recommend but sadly the customer service was poor All vegetarian dishes had cream added to them to make them mild even though we had specified that we DO NOT WANT CREAM IN THE FOOD as one member of the family is allergic to...cream. When we spoke to the waiter he said that when taking the order his colleague made a mistake! Instead of the. Offering a discount as a good will gesture he said we will do better next time!!! NEVER going there again, totally ruined our evening and birthday bash.More
