Withypool Tea rooms are to found in the centre of this picturesque Village, opposite the local olde worlde Shop and yards from the stone Bridge that spans the River Barle. They are ideally situated, in the heart of Exmoor, as a base or destination for any countryside pursuits that this wonderful area of the Moor has to offer. The Tea Room has been recently renovated in the Winter of 2014, creating a whole new experience. There is a much larger eating area by moving the kitchen into the adjoining building and creating a 5 star food and hygiene premises. We still have the traditionally Victorian pine furniture surrounded by antiques. the Tearooms offer a good choice of Home Made Cakes, freshly

This place is amazing. Great location on Exmoor, lovely service and the largest, most delicious cakes you can imagine. Excellent value. Well worth a visit.

The cream tea here is lovely. You get a huge home-baked scone, a great amount of clotted cream and a decent sized dollop of both strawberry and wortleberry jam. The wortleberry jam isn't to my taste but it's a nice local touch as the berries...More

Love our family visits to Withypool Tearooms!! We are always very welcomed by friendly staff and the owners are fabulous!!! The homemade soup is delicious and The Devon Cream Tea is a must have!!!
