This is perhaps the cutest bakery I have ever seen. They have many sweet and savory treats. We bought some Easter chocolates for our son and he enjoyed them very much.

Staff are dressed in traditional kitchen maid uniform. They bake additive free bread and cakes as well as selling chocolates and treats. The large wooden farmhouse table with chairs, shelves and cupboards are charming and authentic. One of the staff has a photo in a Chinese tourist brochure as an attraction in Lacock. Worth noting - this village is pronounced... More

Very pretty, but the overpriced Cornish Pasty, which also looked nice, was tasteless and full of gristle. Avoid.

A small very well stocked cafe that served good cakes and cream teas, with good tea. The bread pudding was just perfect and the cream teas where huge. Well worth a visit.

We didn't eat in the restaurant but nipped in for some rolls. It was a delight to discover gluten free Jammy Dodgers (made on the premises) We could have spent a fortune in there but waistlines would not allow!

So sorry you didn't enjoy your bread! We have reduced the amount of salt we use in the making of the bread in accordance with health laws and this shows up more in the white variety! However, we have a huge selection of wholemeal, sourdough, mixed seed, date and walnut, cheese and cumin and numerous other flavours for you to... More

Okay for a cup of tea, but the reheated pasty was pretty awful. We saw lots of people walk in and walk straight out. Strange little place, but Lacock is limited for options once the National Trust cafe has sold out of cakes.

The weather was very cold and bright so after a cold walk around the abbey grounds we walked into the village for a little something to eat and warm us up. There are quite a few places to choose from in this lovely village. Lacock Bakery is small with only room for 6 inside. There looked to be a courtyard... More

I often pop in there after walking the dog and see what nice breads they have today. Not the cheapest way to buy bead but it's always very nice. :-)
