Popped in here for a quick snack in the early afternoon. Admittedly this was February and the whole town was quiet but I ought to be able to buy edible food surely? The large hot dog I bought is probably the worst food I have ever bought. The bread was stale, the onions sparse and cold and the sausage clearly... More

Needed hot coffee and some chips after a cool visit on the beach. The lady was polite enough but the coffee (latte) was lukewarm, the chips over cooked and took an age to get the food. Compared to other food in the area we found it was not the cheapest either. Won't be stopping there for food again.

I dropped into Chuck's American Diner yesterday for something light to eat to keep me going until dinner. I was let down. I only had a medium portion of chips but they were hard, dry and overall didn't taste very nice. The portion was smaller than a McDonald's small portion and cost twice as much. Didn't really speak to the... More

Disappointing! My wife and I took our grandchildren for the day. We had a snack and a drink at "Chuck's Diner". Never again! The food was appalling. We then had a wander round and I was very disappointed. It was like a" poor mans" funfair

Whilst visiting Barmouth today we called in to get something to eat, as I am gluten free I thought I will check to see if their fries had any sort of coating as that is all I would be able to eat here, when I enquired they could not tell me as all the writing on the frozen chip bag... More

We initially popped in for a takeaway to find some shade with the dog as it was a hot day, dogs are allowed here which was great. We had 2 cheese burgers with chips and drinks and they were OK. Nothing OTT for what it was.. A takeaway cheeseburger. A bit plain but sauces are available for extra cost. Reasonable... More

Attended chucks diners during a visit to Barmouth having been there before and was very let down. Firstly they don't accept card but until you get to the till there is no sign advising this. Lady at the till took our order then disappeared whilst others had their order taken and then were given a food ticket number so they... More

Rude man serving, dirty tables even though the place was empty, a dog came walking out the kitchen door and cheap nasty food at ridiculous prices. Never again dont waste your time or money so many other nice places to eat in barmouth.
