Hiya thanks for the kind review but last time I checked there was no pool table and food was being served so I think you've got the wrong pub! More

Another Friday pizza night at the Globe with Brian's scratch made Pizzas. Service with a sarcy remark from Jean and the ever smiling Gigsy behind the bar. This is a great place to go, real ale straight from the barrel and fresh, made on the day meals with fresh ingredients. Nothing from the freezer to the microwave here!! An excellent... More

Great little pub with excellent selection of drinks. Landlady allowed free pool for our visit which was great. BT TV. And jukebox which had my type of music (70s) Not easy to find if your not from Fishguard but we'll worth asking for directions.

Excellent lunch, including several choices for vegans and vegetarians in our group. Hosts friendly, attentive and willing to adapt dishes if necessary. Very reasonably priced and would recommend. Need to book!

What a great find. Sunday lunch as your 'mom makes'. Delicious Sunday lunch with 2 vegetarian/vegan options. Full of locals, warm wood burning stone fireplace, great atmosphere in this small proper pub with ale on tap and straight from cask.

Intimate pub with good food - daily in the summer season or selected evenings and Sunday lunches out of season.

We were passing and saw a sign outside for Sunday lunch and Wow! Were we glad we stopped! Choice of three meats or veggie option, AND swede, mash, roasts, carrots, peas, cauliflower cheese and cabbage, homemade yorkshires, and gravy. All very well cooked and tasty. Great pint too. Large or small portions available with homemade puds to follow. The pub... More

Still the nice quiet pub to have a nice drink on front of a warm fire on a cold evening. The real ale is kept well and locals and landlord enjoy a good chat. Worth a visit if your in Fishguard and dog friendly.

Not much to look at from the outside, once inside you'll take a shine to the decent real ale and pub grub on offer. There's also a fantastic jukebox with all the old tunes on. A good time can be had by all.

Fantastic service, due to reputation with locals I pre booked early in the day. Very clean and fresh looking. A little on the dark side but as expected from the building. Disability awareness 100% no steps and a disabled loo (most impressed) Sunday lunch was very nice and plenty of choice of fresh veg.
