The good things about this restaurant are the local ambiance, the people watching and the service. But the food is downright dreadful. Our guidebook said something about the chef being "trained." The choices of food were the same as in most Ethiopian restaurants, but how...More

The waiter recommended the fish so everyone had some and we all thought it was excellent. I ordered the curry fish and it was a generous portion and the fish was great but the curry was bland. I expect that any other fish dish would...More

We went here for lunch after a visit to the Fasiledes castles and had fish and rice as well as a plate of chips between the two of us. The fish was nicely breaded and fried, and the chips were tasty (if do not look...More

Delicious and well spieced grilled fish. The chef also made a special desert. The restaurant was full of people, a good ambiance.

When we visited they did not have any power so the menu was limited. However they were still able to cook a delicious soup with some very tasty bread. The service was very good and the restaurant is very popular with locals which is always...More

No pizza, no mushroom sauce, no maccheroni. The menu at this place was shrinking with every dish we tried to order. And the waitresses are not capable of answering any question. They are also not very friendly and ignored us many times. We came here...More

We ate here twice, once because it was recommended, a second time because our local contact pretty much insisted on it (his meal wasn't even charged). Service was not that fast (better when you have a local with you), the food was good but not...More
