The Baha Bar concept is to take traditional and well liked Filipino dishes and alter and 'spice' them up them up to suit a more adventurous and curious palate. In addition to Filipino food we have a wide selection of European staples, vegetarian dishes and have a healthy kids menu too. Our ingredients are fresh and local. We have our own organic farm where most of the vegetables are grown and we raise our own native chickens (no steroids etc). All fish is caught in the sea surrounding Siquijor. I think that I was served a frozen pizza instead of an authentic, self-made one. Sad to say that it was a fiasco worth of 300 pesos.
