A great way to end our 2 day hike. Recommend ordering in advance as they make everything fresh. Pizzas are great though and well worth the wait

Visited here after a short visit to waterfalls at Mulanje. We're were the only people there, staff were very polite and friendly. The pizza was great; classic thin base cooked in a traditional pizza oven. I thought the prices were pretty reasonable too, around k5600 for most of the pizzas. Pizzas are pretty much all they do though so bear... More

We ate pizza at this place after a Mulanje hike, since different people told us about the supposedly best pizza in Malawi. Well... After waiting for over an hour I got a thin and overbaked thing with literally no topping (it was a pizza "Hawaii" - made with salami, basically no cheese and dried tomato sauce) Even the price was... This place has good beer and good pizza.. Pizza cooked authentically in a tandoori looking clay system.. I think they also sell alligator pizza but im unsure of this.. they may have been joking.. Staff or owners are so cool.. very helpful, kind and accommodating

The pizzas were very tasty, as if we were eating in Italy. The firestove was on, pizzas were ready quickly, staf was friendly and location was great after the 3 day hike in the mountains!

Interesting menu telling tales about Mt Mulange. The pizza is ok, thin crust but a bit dry to my taste. Anyway, a great treat in a faraway place.

Definitely not a standard pizza menu, although you can have a 'standard' one if you really want. Lots of original ideas and local spices and flavours to switch things up from a pizza point of view. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our large group and the pizzas, of course, took a while to come, because they were... More

The folks at Mulanje Pepper (pizza) are very nice. They use a large stone? oven to bake the pizza, and it's delicious. A great little place for R&R on the way to or from Mt Mulanje.

We recently visited Mulanje Pepper with a party of 23. We pre-ordered our choices to aid the prep time and cooking. Not one person was disappointed by their pizza and in fact wanted to order more. Delicious! Unfortunately there wasn't enough cheese in house to make one for everyone but we managed to get a few more. Atmosphere is fabulous... More
