This is the second time I've been to Chang"s. I always get the dumpling, they are excellent steamed or fried. The service is great, the owner always gives good suggestions. Subway is next door, be brave and try something new at Chang's.

Love this little restaurant! It is very close to my home, so makes for easy call in and pick up on the way home! They stir up some of the best pad thai around, and I love that you can choose your heat!
