Loved the setting of the cafe which had a very frenchie feel. Amazing host and outstand food. Very well presented and delicious.

We had a lovely dinner tonight. The ambiance and service is really nice. The brownie desert is delicious. All prices are good.
Lovely to hear you enjoyed a great dinner, oh yes, I agree, that choc brownie is so sticky and cinnamony, it's a treat!

Oh my word what a great review! I will pass on your compliments to Philip, he is a STAR waiter. We really appreciate such comprehensive feedback, I love the Veg Lasagne even though it is rather big and can never finish it, but agreed that...More
Of all the restaurants in Simon’s Town, and there are many, we really enjoyed The Lighthouse. In fact, we ended up eating there several times both for breakfast and mid-day lunch/dinner. They had THE BEST chicken livers; it’s a starter but large enough portion for...More
I agree with you about the Chicken Livers, I always say to Brett (husband / chef) he makes the BEST Chicken Livers I ever ate! Thank you complimenting us by coming back several times, that is the best ever recommendation. Heleen

Well you certainly chose the best dishes! My husband learnt the Mauritian Bouillabaisse recipe from a French Mauritian Chef/friend and it is a stunning dish and we are very proud of our Pork Belly, cannot take it off the Specials Board!
