Nice to be here in the evening. If you like the nature, then surely you will enjoy this place. Good food in nature's lap; that's why I must say in short.

Under the Mango Tree is, as the name suggests, beautifully situated under an ancient Mango tree. The setting is outdoors and covered. The tandoori cuisine is excellent. Try the smoked chicken.

Having heard good things about Jehan Numa's food, we came here for dinner and were terribly disappointed! The menu itself has nothing special to offer and the staff is indifferent. Nobody pays attention to how long you've been waiting to get seated, or to get a menu card, or to be served water! The food was pretty average and not... More

We have had dinner Under the Mango Tree twice. Last time it was on 3/01/2016. They serve authentic Nihari (a non veg dish with flavour of bone marrow). Bhopal korma was ok ok...I won't advice korma..... in drinks Pina colada, and daal shorts were perfect. Staff was well behaved.

If you want to eat authentic Mughlai in Bhopal, this is it. It does come at a price, the restaurant is expensive. But the food and ambiance is worth it.

Disappointed to say the least, inedible, over spiced, too much oil ,lacking in basic flavours, even the most simple food . We were told Reni pani chefs and retreat chefs were trained from here ! Well, i find that hard to believe .

We came here after travelling all day having high hopes for a kebab filled meal--- we were sorely disappointed. There was far too much masala in all our food, the only tasty thing was the chicken tikka curry we ordered but that was swimming in oil. The biryani was completely inedible. The only decent part of the meal was the... More

Description
The signature restaurant of the hotel, as the name would suggest is located under an ancient mango tree in the central courtyard. The unique design in open veranda style with its fluted colonial pillars overlooks lush green lawns and an exotic array of flora. An ornamental fountain provides a soothing background to your culinary experience into the heart of Mughlai cooking.
