One of my dear friends was visiting LA for business purposes, so we thought we would make a weekend of it and have a little holiday. On the Monday night we booked a table at Mr Chow with high expectations (after having visited the London branch on many occasions). The staff were incredibly knowledgeable about the food and drinks on... More

Expensive as in no prices on the menu. The Duck is ridiculously good though as are the minced chicken appetizers. Lost a little luster in the celebrity department as of late, but still so;id, solid, solid...

We had supper at Mr Chow at the start of our trip. The location is excellent right near Rodeo Drive. The service was exceptional. The Maître D even gave me advice on how to deal with a recent back injury. The server was attentive to my special dietary needs which included no meat or shellfish. Every dish was tasty and... More

Enter the beautifully designed restaurant and smell the aromas of succulent cuisine. With a party of 6, we ordered a variety of dishes from suculent giant prawns, whole duck with pancakes, tender white fish...each dish had a unique flavor and a beautiful display, to name a few. While dining, a chef gave a presentation of making noodles so unusual you... More

My family is a huge fan of Mr. Chow often visiting the NYC and Miami locations. The food and service don't disappoint in the Beverly Hills location but the restaurant itself feels dated and is uncomfortable. If one is seated at the banquet seating one is trapped by the table. The whole table has to be moved in order to... More

During October 2016 our family was visiting Los Angeles from Sydney Australia. We decided to have dinner at Mr Chow. We arrived on time and our pre-booked table was ready. A good start. Everyone were professional and friendly. However, the restaurant was busy and the tables are VERY close together....too close! The food and service were excellent. We had a... More

Decided to check the best Chinese restaurant in Beverly Hills. Ambiance is nice, service is good. Dishes are good. Noodles were a bit bland, however, gambler's duck, lobster Shiu mai were to die for. Visisted twice during a 3-day visit to Beverly Hills.

Cool place, you have to put their home made chili on everything, it's delicious. Otherwise the food is a little bland but the chili makes everything better

Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighbourhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
