Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The food was excellent! Service was friendly! But sadly the room needs a little love. It could use new bathroom cabinets & counters, fresh paint, repair front door so it closes properly. The Pastry selection is incredible. The breads and pastries are baked fresh in a room next door to the cafe. I recommend this Cute neighborhood cafe to visit with family & friends.

Great place for food and pastries but one big problem, there are no bathrooms so hold your bladder if your planning on staying for awhile.

On our recent trip to LA, we looked up places for breakfast one morning in the area we were staying and La Provence in Beverly Hills popped up in our search, and we are so glad it did! La Provence is located in the nook of a little convenience/shopping area, and is a bit hidden. Their avocado toast for breakfast was simply put, incredibly delicious and a work of art! Not to mention, their macarons were amazing too! We made a point of making two stops here on our trip and we definitely will be back next time we come to LA! I don't know what the airport location is like, but you will not be disappointed by the Beverly Hills location!!

This little place is tucked in the elbow of a strip mall on the south side of Beverly Hills, and it is crowded but really worth a stop. Their pastries are wonderful, and their colorful and wide assortment of feather-light macarons (or what we'd call "meringues" in New England) are just fabulously tasty and delicate. La Provence Patisserie does a nice North African shakshuka egg dish and you can't go wrong with just about anything else on the menu. There is limited parking in front but ample parking downstairs via elevator or stairways.

this is a good spot to have a quick bite at the airport, not the best but they make very casual good food.

The cheapest bottle of water was $5.48, including tax. The rest follows suit in terms of mediocre quality for high price. Campanile next door is a better choice for quality.

Quiche was below average. Salad dressing for lettuce was good. Brie and prosciutto sandwich was super salty and below average as well. Service was very good

I really like La Provence Patisserie. It's not as good as the real French stuff, but it's pretty good and at the airport the expectations change because your options are pretty limited. Overall it's a good option as the food at LAX has improved a lot over the years.

I've eaten here 4 times in the last 4 months. Absolutely the BEST quiche of any place that I have eaten. I even took a French friend (who is a critic about everything) here and she came back with me twice! The food is made with love, that is obvious from the presentation and taste. Absolutely recommend this to anyone craving fabulous quiche!

Breakfasts here were lovely in days spent in our Beverly Hills airbnb. Few blocks walk from the house. Early enough in the morning, there's not much crowd. But regulars start showing up quickly! My standard was the coffee americano with a double shot. Excellent. Also sampled the currant scone, an omlette, and eggs Benedict with ham. All well prepared and satisfying. My pal tried the Benedict with salmon. That looked totally great, but a giant serving for early morning!! We came back here every morning in Beverly Hills and were never disappointed. The 4 stars, only because it's a tiny place with a limited menu. That said, this was really good hence became our repeat breakfast spot. Strong recommend!

This is a place that actually makes croissants and pastries that taste like you've transported in time back to the Seine in Paris. Butter lightly outlining the shape on the napkin (you know what I mean), fresh strawberries, gently whipped eggs and omelets, hand crafted soups, and the BEST bread one could think of (worth every calorie). BONUS: the macarons, and the STUNNING tuxedo cakes and desserts. If you want to feel a little bit decadent, get a taste of local LA culture, and feel as if you've stepped into Paris for an hour escape, this is your place. Bring a best friend - or a book: they are lovely letting you sit for a spell and soak up a little relaxation.

and left with also purchasing out of this world macaroons! Not only are the croissants and pastries buttery and flavorful, the macaroons are "to-die-for"

Recently bought a birthday cake here and WOW chocolate mouse with strawberries. Beautifully decorated with wishes on a piece of chocolate bark. Nice for eat in baked goods or light meal. Very popular, free parking and happy it's in my neighborhood. Always a go to when something elegant is needed or satisfy a sweet tooth.

I've had both a good breakfast and delicious lunch salads here very successfully for my medically necessary gluten free diet. They don't always have gluten free muffins available. Hit or miss. I believe they get them from an outside source.

With seating outside along a strip mall, you would not expect the food to be this good. Wife had a Cobb salad and I had the Short Rib sandwich. Both were very good. Of course, we could not pass up on an eclair and a cookie. Yes, the baked goods are that good.
