Took a break for lunch and were looking forward to a great meal. The menu is great with lots of options and the service was fair. Unfortunately some of our meals were served with cold fries and Luke warm grilled items. Not what it used to be!

We were traveling cross country towing our Travel trailer when we decided to stop for a late lunch. The exterior looked tired and worn down. We were surprised to find much of the interior was freshly painted and bearing upgrades and improvements. We enjoyed an excellent Salad entree and a very tasty Pastrami Sandwich. The service was friendly and quick.... More

We stopped for a late breakfast today, food was very good, service was great, and they sell homemade cookies, great for an on the road snack. Gift shops next door also carried a variety of merchandise, purchased an adorable plate!

We always stop here on our way to Mammoth. It's at the junction of 395 and 58. Good service and lots of food for not much money. In fact, it's too much for me, so I order crom the Kids/Senior menu!

My hot beef sandwich had more meat on it than most other restaurants would use. The mashed potatoes could use some improvement like adding butter or dream because they tasted obviously like instant mashed potatoes...no taste. However, I gave this place 4 stars because of the prompt service, friendly staff, the amount of meat on my plate, and the fact... More

We had to stop for gas and saw this little restaurant. Thought it would be a good idea to get some lunch while the gettin' was good. It turned out to be a great idea. We both had a BLT with crisp bacon, fresh toasted rye and a nice cold tossed salad. The waitress was very pleasant and friendly and... More

I've been traveling 58 for a decade and today I finally stopped in. I've been missing a real reat. Fast, friendly service, great food and convenient for whichever direction you're traveling. Great food, good portions and very reasonable prices. If you're hungry there's no need to wait.

Stopped in to get a bite on the way to the Kern River from San Diego. Ordered a burger and fries...pretty standard roadside fare. Nothing was wrong with the meal, but extremely average. Staff was very friendly to me and I'd like to give it another star, but I just can't justify it. Sorry ladies...
