We had a late lunch & were not too hungry--2 of the women only had soup, but it was very good and 1 woman only had salad, which was good. All 3 men enjoyed their dinner. Would like to try the restaurant again when hungry.

This place is part of history, once a hotel and pony express station from our past! After you order, it is interesting to walk around and look at the stuff on the walls. The food is good, the owners aim to please. If you order...More

Stopped on our way to Lake Tahoe. It was not busy so we were served quickly. Was a good atmosphere and the fireplace felt good on a cool day. Our server was very friendly. The food tasted fine but I thought $25 was too much...More

Service is slow, food is mediocre, not a lot to choose from on menu. Tried the house special Miners Chicken, waited the 30-40 minutes, both me and my brother ordered it. It was terrible, bland, bland, bland. The worst fried chicken I've ever had in...More
