The food is fantastic! Sincerely. Solid flavors and not too heavy. Then . . . there was last night's experience. I called multiple times when the food was late for delivery. Each time, I was told it was on the way. The way started to feel very long because each time, it was not actually on the way. When the... More

We wanted Chinese food on Christmas Day 2016. We were very glad to find Ginger's open! They had limited the menu that day as it was a Saturday and Christmas Day, but we were able to order a dinner option. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was great. I'd like to go back and dine in. Thumbs... More

Great place to order online and then pick up or deliver (for $5). Classic dishes, all very tasty and fresh without tasting like it's been saturated and deep-fried in grease. String beans with garlic are actually a big hit with the teens (and adults). Ginger chicken is deep-fried but still has the ginger fragrance come thru.

So far the best Chinese food I've had. Very nice people and place. Try their honey walnut shrimp. ..it's amazing and very affordable. Good size portions as well! They also deliver! Bonus points for that. When in Chico it's a great place to get lunch or dinner.

It was empty, but undeservedly so. The food was really good. The place had a certain style that we loved. We might have been drinking before we got there, but it was a fun place.

after eating and going to the bathroom as I got closer to the kitchen I noticed how dirty the restaurant was in and around the check out counter and going back into the kitchen and prayed that the food was prepared in a clean environment. When I went into the bathroom, well, let's say it was pretty disgusting, seemed filthy... More

The best chinese food in Chico. Service is fast and friendly. The food is made with a lot of garlic and is very flavorful. The hot and sour soup is like nothing I have ever tasted, it is awesome. The portions are big and the prices are reasonable. The place is not fancy, but it is clean and comfortable.

The service was fast, friendly and food was delicious! They did a special order for our friend, which was very kind. The cost was great for the amount we got. Definetly family freindly. Lots of parking.

Great bang for your buck! Food is decent. Live the sesame chicken. Kids eat soup, rice, and chow main free! Lunch specials are cheap...plenty of food

Our first choice in Chico for Chinese food. Especially superb when we get a bunch of friends together to eat "family style" - extremely generous portions with great variety. HongKong style noodles are THE best
