Them make good jumbalya and gumbo, not as good as Luisianna but close. They are good for a special night out a little pricey but good food.

HOURS OF OPERATION: They are only open for lunch from 1130am to 230pm, and they don't even offer lunch on Tuesdays. You've got to pay attention to their hours of operation, otherwise you'll arrive and wonder if they're open at all. For dinner, they open...More

We had the gumbo, and it was good but it would be much better WITHOUT the clams. Maybe use crawfish, instead of clams - that would be my suggestion. My family is from Louisiana - where the best gumbo comes from. No one from Louisiana...More

We had previously tried another Filipino restaurant (the first one we've ever tried) and that we thought it was very good. The Boiler was a disappointment to us because the choice of items didn't seem to include any items we tried at the other restaurant...More

Get the House Pan Roast. Always great. I have to admit that's the only thing I order for 2 reasons: First, it's awesome. Second, I'm a creature of habit. You won't be disappointed.

Since I have discovered this place I almost became a regular. House Pan Roast is what I order. They have spice rating 1-10. So you order according to your taste as far as spices. They also have a rich beer bar where you can taste...More

This place is awesome. The food is hot and delicious. They aren't afraid to use some heat (which I love). The seafood was fresh and tasty. The House pan roast was recommended to me and really delivered at a fair price. I like that they...More

The service wasn't great. I wasn't a fan of the House Pan Roast. It was chalky and too spicy. Haven't been back.

Hello, We're a sit down restaurant, serving beer & wine, and some wine based mix drinks. We do not have a private room to host group parties, as our capacity is only 55 or so. Sincerely, The Boiler SKC

Modeled after Las Vegas' Oyster Bar, dishes are prepared in cooking kettles at a U-shaped counter in front of you. Sauces are made daily by scratch so that spices can be tailored to your specific liking. High-pressured steam is pushed through pipes onto your dish at 280-307 degrees so it simmers evenly and without the chance of overcooking. The Boiler is currently the only Cajun/Creole restaurant in the Inland Valley, which opened in 2009. It is the destination on the horizon at The Commons mall in Chino Hills.
