I had breakfast with my family. We had a great time. The food was outstanding. Eggs, pancakes sausage and bacon. My family omelette and blue pancakes, omelette and bacon. Omelette, hash browns and bacon. We got there just in time. It's a very popular place to eat. It's a great place for kids and also dogs. They have outside tables.... More

The food is plentiful, well prepared and reasonably priced (for Claremont). The service was attentive without being intrusive and it's fun to watch "regulars" come in. If you're looking for a good alternative to an expensive... More

Nice old school diner in the heart of Claremont. Interesting decor with red vinyl booths and a counter for the ages. Simple meals in a home style atmosphere.

The Village Grill reuben sandwich is fabulous, and they are lovely about bringing sliced tomatoes (or other side) in place of fries. The sandwich is big, the place is small, the service is warm. People I've... More

I was visiting Claremont for two weeks and the Grill was recommended and I have to say it was a good recommendation. I dined here four times and each time the service was excellent and friendly. Whether you are a first-time diner or regular you are treated the same. There is a wide variety of food to choose from and... More

This eatery is a very old establishment (1949). It is located in the downtown area of Claremont. It is 50's deco and kept very clean. I ordered a patty melt w/grilled onions. About average taste, onions not grilled long enough. Fries pretty good. My wife ordered the Beef Dip and it was very good and the side she ordered of... More
