This review is just for Thanksgiving at Peohe's. They don't put their Thanksgiving menu up on their website, so here's what the plated Thanksgiving Dinner consisted of: Sliced turkey breast with gravy Cornbread stuffing Creamed spinach Garlic mashed potatoes -or- 1/2 a big baked sweet potato with butter-rum sauce Cranberry relish Dinner rolls and butter Pumpkin pie -or- pecan pie... We were there on business and had a buffet. The food was decent, crab stuffed tilapia, Damon, salad. It was decent. The service was awesome and the view was fantastic.

The atmosphere and food was really nice. We were there later in the evening and so it was nice to see the city lights and water. We were almost done with our main course and were waiting for the lava cake to come out when we noticed on the wall behind us a roach crawling from behind one the paintings... More

Fantastic lunch, was concerned that service might be a little slow but realized that the view and ambiance was what it was all about. Clam chowder, sliders, mahi-mahi tacos. Great chew, nice slaw, added avocado (up charge) but enjoyed everything. The views of the waterfront are spectacular and really relaxing while you eat, not a bad view anywhere. Definitely will... our friends who live in San Diego recommended this restaurant and so the 4 of us went and enjoyed the dinner selections. To be honest I don't really remember what exactly I had but I do know it was good.

We went for dinner by suggestion of our concierge Had large servings so that we were full before our main course. Only issue is steak was very rare, had to send back twice, the first time it was actually purple, and supposed to be medium.

Went tonight on spur of the moment. We have excellent sushi and kids menu was also very good. Our server was efficient and the view from the window tables of downtown San Diego were very pleasing backdrop to a lovely meal.

Peohe's is a Landry's/Chart House Restaurant, located on Coronado. The view of San Diego, across the bay, can't be beat. The food was okay but not as good as in past visits, it's usually excellent.

Thank jeranddor
