Still a favorite of mine. Despite all the different burger joints around I still get a craving for Nations. Nation's burgers have that distinct taste that I'm used to. I have been going to Nation's for over 20 years, the taste has not changed.

One size big burger, with/out cheese. Lots of tomato, lettuce and they ask if you want onions. give lots. Surprised no pickle. Hamburger done right. They also serve breakfast and pies. Parking may be a problem, but is in corner of shopping center. Limited seating. Order, pay, pick up order like most quick food places.

Quality and taste are not the only things you expect when patronizing any food establishment whether high end or fast food. A convenient late evening stop to pick up a quick bite from the fast food eatery for quick gratification after flying home from a long delay at LAX was a HUGE disappointment for me. So much so, I called... More

I love Nation's Giant Hamburgers! When I fly into San Francisco, I always include a visit to Nation's! This location, in Daley City is close to the airport, so usually, I'll head there as soon as I land. The cheeseburgers are great, and big!! The fries are really tasty, and the pies, WOW! Save room for a slice of pie!!!... More

3/4 lb. cheeseburger what a joke. It wasn't even half that weight. Low-quality meat and indifferent bun. Oddly vegetable lettuce, onion, tomato pretty good. Sauce pretty much nonexistent. Cheese thick but unmelted. Grilled cheese ordered despite seeing how they burned the BLT's. On mine they actually got the bread grilled properly by golly. Tomato on mine was fine but yet... More

We used to eat here a lot when we lived in Pacifica, so stopped in for a bite this trip. Their burgers are as good as ever, still too big for me to finish. I had forgotten they really spread on the mayo - oops, 'cuse me, it's Kraft Miracle Whip, as the order taker made a point of saying.... More

One of the only places open that late, my friend and I had no choice to eat here and we were delighted by the experience. We expected crappy fast food and got a feast for kings. The odd patrons and freshly cut carnations on each table only added to the ambiance. Highly recommend.

Stopped in to get a slice of their pie for dessert. It was excellent, rich in bananas and not too sweet. Will return to try out their burgers later and update this review.
