This is also a small friendly neighborhood diner, but I was exporting a pie! Hours may vary, so please check before visiting.

Came for breakfast here after having read much about this restaurant for some days. Sorry to say that the place was average at best. Oh, the service was all right and the biscuits OK but the waffle and the cheese omelet were average at best; and also a bit overpriced. The coffee was nothing to write home about and the... More

Great atmosphere. We wanted some soulfood but was also looking for a kid friendly option my my 5 year old. The biscuits, pancakes, and chicken and waffles were to die for. The veggie omelette was absolutely fabulous. My southern style eggs, rice, and sausage patties were all that and some. The service was amazing. We were repeatedly asked about refills... More

Absolutely great food here both breakfast and lunch. Very large portions don't count on still having room for a slice of pie after you've eaten your meal.

Went here for breakfast. The place has a American diner vibe which I liked. I ordered a waffle with fruit, which tasted good. Payed about 13 dollars for it which was a bit much. They had a big menu and a lot to choose from.

A friend who adores this place suggested we try it for a girls outting for brunch. I had the chicken and waffle which I have only ever had at Brown Sugar Kitchen. It was really good ! I have to say the syrup was awesome! Thick and maple tasting on a crispy waffle. The chicken was truly fried chicken. LOL--something... More

Heard a lot about this place, so I, and my two intrepid, adventure seeking compatriots decided to give it a whirl. It was a Monday morning, approx 9:30. There were perhaps, 5 other full tables. We were seated right away, and were served coffee quickly. All of us agreed the coffee was circa 1950. Very acidic. I added sugar, even... More

In a word "Fantastic"! Anything you order, is an excellent selection. My father use to take me and my sister to "Lois the Pie Queen" nearly fifty years ago. It was one of our favorite places and today it remains one of my favorite. I wish both my father and sister were still alive to enjoy a meal with me... More
