Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Prices on menu board are not Correct and the cashier said that they haven’t had time to change it. What a joke, charged me $3 more than advertised. Food is good but integrity is lousy.

A very good bakery nestled in a non-descript strip mall ---- Great pasteries and full breakfasts and breakfast sandwiches and very good coffee and lots of tables to sit outside under trees and a fountain --- we have had a few breakfasts there now and...would recommend this bakery for any of your bakery or breakfast selections.More

The show case is mouth watering and you wonder what to order. Get over your selection and the food is delicious. Great place for a quick, quality snack.

Beautiful little French bakery that transports you back to Franch. The pastries are fresh, flaky, and absolutely delightful. Some lunch items. Sit in the outdoor plaza or in the small but lovely bakery.

This is an odd place. Their coffee is good, the quiche is OK, their breads are not so good - are they frozen baked products? Not sure. The pastries are stale and tasteless. Feels more like a chain than a artisan bakery. The people who...work there are very detached and could care less.More

I would give this zero stars if I could. I was attracted to the restaurant by the outdoor seating area and convenient location, but looks can certainly be deceiving!! Everything is pre-made, and hot dishes are reheated. Nothing hot is cooked to order. They make...you pay in advance, so if they serve you cold, overheated terrible quiches or egg fritattas, you have no recourse. When I complained that my egg dish was hard as a rock and inedible, they simply said, "Thanks for letting us know", then took the dish and walked away so they could throw it in the trash. I asked for a replacement dish - something safe like a pastry, but they said that they couldn't do that and accused me of eating more than just a bite. It was the worst experience ever. They have zero customer service, and treat their customers terribly. I don't know how they stay in business. If you read the reviews online--on this site and others--you will see that they do this sort of thing quite often. I think they are trained to serve bad food and simply say, "Thanks for letting us know" every time someone returns their terrible food. Don't bother spending your money here. There are plenty of other places to go with MUCH better food and service.More

Visually this place is great. It looks and smells like a great French bakery. My picks came from the case right when you walk in. Meaning they were both pre-made. I was very excited but eventually let down by the sandwich which had a soft...slightly stale French baguette, wilted lettuce and apples that were turning brown and didn’t have much flavor. The croissant stayed with the soft and slightly stale theme. Such a shame! This place really looks like it should be great. Service was quick and friendly though.More

My wife and I stopped in today for lunch on our way home. The featured sandwich was a French BLT so we both tried it....it was awful. As expected it was on a French Roll so it was large which was fine. However, they must...have been running low on tomatoes as mine had one thin slice on one half the sandwich and a half slice on the other half. When it was prepared they much have been in a hurry as there was only a small dab of mayonnaise on each side so the overall sandwich was very dry...the only taste was the bacon which was plentiful but must have been turkey bacon or something out of the ordinary as the taste was not pleasing to either of us. The small side salad was good. There was only sugar for the iced tea, no no-calorie sweetener was available. The outside seating was pleasant. When an employee came by and asked about our lunch I told him the sandwich was dry, lacked much tomato and had almost no mayonnaise so wasn't good. His only response was "thanks for the input" with no thought about trying to make it right.More

I have enjoyed each meal here so far. Today I had the brioche French toast with almonds, fresh strawberries, syrup and bacon. Fantastic bread; not too thick. Strawberries were ultra fresh as well. In the past I've had the spinach quiche and the crust was...very flaky. Excellent dish as well. For dessert I suggest the very authentic macaroons or the delicious apple tart. Great spot with outdoor mostly shaded seating near a fountain. Great servers as well.More

This place is very good for sitting sipping coffee and having french style made patisseries in the ambience of patios with garden and fountain. It's tranquil, serene and very relaxed. Spending the hightea time chatting with friends is perfect.

I came for the tranquility of Parisian Cafe chair around round tables in the shade of trees next to a water fountain. I ordered the combination of 1/2 Quich and 1/2 Nicoise Salad and made it my main meal of the day: All was light...and fresh. I will return w family!
