Very careless attitude on all things. This place needs new owner/management. Tastes like TV dinners. Very basic and tasteless "american" Mexican food..looks like a leftover from 1985 inside and out

The place has been open a long time. I have gone to have dinner and lunch several times over the years that I have lived in Fairfax. When I do, I wonder what I was thinking.

We have been to Pancho Villa's several times before. Last night the quality was quite poor. The fish tacos had almost no fish, the salad filling was of poor quality (including the small salad served with the Chiles Rellenos, and the side of guacamole was filled with onions and seemed old. We sent it back. The waiter did not seem... More

Very friendly and welcoming staff and wonderful food. We were brought nachos with salsa and guacamole whilst we decided from the large menu what to eat. The margueritas were very good and my chicken molé was the best ever - a delicious chilli chocolate sauce over tender meat with all the trimmings. No room for the puddings. Great evening in... More

We love to make this our first dinner stop on the way home from the airport returning from some far flung place. You know you're back in CA. Real quality classic Mecican food and the famous house guacamole is fantastic.

Went here my daughter and at first we thought the place was a run down restaurant (the outside is a bit dated and ugly color). Go inside and it is quite nice. We sat down and were immediately served chips with two different salsas. They were actually quite good, so I had hi hopes for this place. I ordered the... More

An authentic Mexican cuisine in a great location! One can sit on the terrace in the back and sip a pitcher of Margarita while the waiter makes a bowl of fresh guacamole right at your table side... Real food, generous offerings of house tortilla chips and fiery salsas with any drink, we like to go there when looking for South... More

The food is good -- no compalints, the service is also good --no complaints. The drinks are also good -- not complaints. Just nothing to make it great in a part of the country that has some great mexican food.

I took my kids here and waited for quite a while to be seated. One of the waitstaff spilled an entire cup of water on my feet when we were finally at a table. They were great about making it easy with two kids, and the food came out quickly. It was delicious. I've ordered takeout from them before, but... More
