Unexpected, but cool Hawaiian atmosphere here. DH and I shared an appetizer (coconut shrimp) and a steak. They were both good. We spent most of our time there just looking at the decor, the giant aquarium with fish, things hanging from the ceiling and just the shear size of the room. It's a surprise when you walk through the door,... More

We grew up going to Damon's when it was in its heyday. We don't live in the area anymore so went back for nostalgia and because we wanted a good steak. The patrons leaving as we arrived were leaving happy and said it was delicious. Everything is as it was: bamboo bar, same bartender, same salad (which is tossed tableside),... More

This place has great food with a Hawaiian ambiance. It's a bit pricey for the food quality, but your paying for the "Experience" and that's worth it.

This was my second visit to Damons and it was as good as I remembered. This is a local favorite since 1937. The decor is dated but never mind that- the food and drinks are wonderful. We enjoyed calamari coconut shrimp steaks and chicken. I especially liked the creamed corn. Portions were ample. drinks were great as well especially the... More

We have eaten here twice. It was good and portions large. I wish I had remembered from the first time how large the portions were and split my meal with a family member which would have cut down the size of the bill as well. The waitress offered bread, but I did not realize we would get charged for it.... More

It seems like they've been around forever, but they just keep "truckin'" Their tossed salad, tossed right at the table is mouthwatering, and the beef is just grand. My parents used to take us kids there, and now we're taking ours there. If you like a classic historic but still wonderful ambiance, this is the place for you.

An older restaurant with worn decor and tables but the food and service is excellent. The Prime Rib is seasoned perfectly the Sweet Cream Corn is the best I have had at a restaurant. My sister ordered the Mexican Shrimp Brochete and it didnt disapoint. Large tasty shrimps on a bed of tasy Pilaf. The bar had a fermentation smell that... More

I was running errands and stopped in for a light bite. Had a Lava Flow, garlic bread, and the coconut shrimp. Yum. Leftovers to take home as portions were huge! Great food, fab atmosphere, attentive staff.

Love the atmosphere of this steak house! It's almost a hundred years old and a blast from the past! Friendly, attentive staff and the tastiest food! I go bonkers for their Prime Rib! You seriously gotta try this place!
