Wanted to try a new Chinese food restaurant, reading reviews we thought at least most people don't think this is a disgusting place. We found it average, basic regular Chinese food, but at least it tasted good.

Been a couple of times and have always been happy with the food and service. All the common chinese dishes that we have come to know and love. We will be back.

Had dinner with a group in late April. The food was nothing special but they did include some healthy choices. There is a section of the menu that offers steamed entrees. I took advantage of this and ordered the steamed brocolli and chicken. The brocolli portion was more than generous. There were a few shaved carrots mixed in with a... More

Good food but nothing outstanding. Pretty much the same as most of the other Chinese restaurants in the 5 Cities area. The Mandarin Gourmet in SLO is much better.

owners have changed hands like three times over the last 5 years, amazingly this is only one of a chain of terrible chinese resturants. price is fair (8-10.00 for most dishes) but seriously this is the worst deep fried and covered with canned sauce place you can find, in any other area this place would be outta business in weeks...... This small, simple restaurant has great Chinese food. Fresh ingredients and tasty combinations. Walnut Shrimp, Egg Foo Young are very good. The lunch menu is a great deal. David and staff are very attentive and accommodating. The food is delicious and service is great.

This was our 3rd visit, and it didn't disappoint - even though we only had the Early Bird specials!! Best Chinese we've had on the Central Coast, and a multi-page selection of wonderful dishes. My husband has trouble chewing, and the Beef and Broccoli is incredibly tender and tasty. I look forward to sampling the more interesting offerings!!! Also, it's... More

The same gentleman is always there when I go, he is extremely nice and attentive. I love their Lo Mein noodles much more than their fried rice. However, my hubby is vice versa. The broccoli and beef is amazing, the broccoli is never over cooked. Their hot and sour soup is very delicious too. The Pu-Pu Platter is very very... More

If you stay away from the tourist specials (lo mein noodles, fried rice, sweet and sour anything, orange chicken), you'll find that they do the most elegant and tasty dishes around. I've eaten there dozens of times and I love the Triple Salute Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken with Asparagus, Beef and Broccoli with Light Oyster Sauce, Hong Kong Style Fried... More
