Guadalupe is a fascinating little agricultural town in northern Santa Barbara County, once heavily Japanese-American (until WWII) with a few left, and always with a majority of Spanish-speaking people. Amidst the various eating places and watering holes is the 7 Luminarias Mexican restaurant, "Authentic Comida Mexicana" as they say on their window and business card.
